Poor service. Acted like it was just too hard. Had the ribs, rubbery tasting. Beer special was completely missed. Only good part was the nice lady that sat us..She kept her compsure even after a waitress was yelling at her not to sit them in her section cause she had too many. . Stay far away!!

i ordered some nachos once they got to the table i tried them said they was to spicy ask if i could trade them out and the server keep trying to force me into eating them and didnt really wanna get them remade for me once she finally did i said please no pico and no bacon. ( i’m allergic to tomatoes) and it was brought out loaded in pico and bacon. will no be back to this location

Tonight was our second visit to this location, and we have had an excellent experience both times. The service is always wonderful, the food comes out fast, and the prices are great. The “3 for me” deal is awesome – you get an appetizer, entree, and drink for a low price. We love the sauced mozz, and my husband and I are vegetarian, so we love that we can get the black bean patty on any burger (including those that are part of the “3 for me” deal). Tonight, we left with a free dessert (it was my birthday!), extra chips and salsa, and lots of leftovers. We will be back!

I typically love Chili’s however I love it for their molten lava Cake. Most of the food is straight out of the freezer however, I love the Southwest eggrolls but the reason I return is the molten lava cake.

We always enjoy the chips and salsa, refills on arnold palmer. The proportions of fries are usually large. Only a few times were they skimpy. Tge good thing about Chili’s is that if you notice something is wrong or not what you expected the manager and or server will correct it. They are very customer service oriented. The always impress me with their desire to ensure you know you matter and they value your business. Everyone is friendly and the food is generally great. I like the 3 for one specials. But we have tried a variety of foods. It’s a family favorite. There is something for everyone. You can’t beat the value. You get your money’s worth and in todays economy that is a plus.

Came in reluctantly because our son wanted it instead of where we originally wanted to go, but we said screw it we’ll givem one more chance. But it seems like everytime we come here there’s something missing or wrong. This visit they were out if the 2 things we wanted. Chips for the appetizer and ribs for our meal. They dont inform us that there are no ribs until about 30m after we put in our order. But they take our order again, and we settled for food we didnt intend on getting when we came. The server very obviously hates her job, and the service alligns with that. There were many tables open and yet they decided to seat a group of 4 young people next to our family, and the entire time they talked filthy and loud right next to our children. This is my 3rd visit and it has been awful each time.
The only upside is the server removed my meal from the check, because i said its really not what i wanted.
We will not be returning and i absolutely recommend you go somewhere else aswell.

I had an excellent experience during my visit. Our server Heather was friendly and came to our table often despite the restaurant busy.
Our family agreed that the food tasted better then other chillies we’ve gone to. We got big mouth bites, big smash burgers, and different types of chicken.

Food was good and service was good until we paid our bill. We had a $25.00 gift card and none of them could figure out how to run it through that stupid table tablet. Our bill came to $61.97. Deduct the gift card that leaves a balance of $36.97. We were charged again twice because they couldn’t figure it out. Two more times of running our debit We ended up paying $13.03 over the bill. It wasn’t the waitresses fault, she was very sweet. But, she asked her manager twice to help her and she wouldn’t. We will never be back.

Small space. We had a reservation.for 5 on Mother’s Day. Service was friendly but we were sat right between the kitchen and bathroom where the was constant high foot traffic. The tables were very small and barely had room for our drinks and food. The bathrooms were extremely small. The kitchen was dirty (see video).
My food was sent back because it had hair in it. The BBQ plates were good but we all had to use the bathroom when we were done.
I will say if I ever come back, it would be only for the southwest egg rolls. But that will be a to-go order.

I got the Brisket BBQ Burger and she got Triple Dipper with fried Mozzarella, Big Bites and honey Chipotle Crispers. Both were excellent. Burger was cooked great, not dry. Brisket was juicy. Mozzarella was superb. The Honey Chipotle sauce is amazing. Our server was on point. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Restaurant was very clean. Manager came and checked on us also, very friendly and you could tell he actually cared. There was a Chili’s in my hometown and it was garbage, this one in Owensboro has been excellent. I have never had a bad experience here. Night and day difference from the one in my hometown.
