I’m on crutches and have a cast. None of the snow was shoveled down we had to park pretty far away and it was difficult to even get onto the sidewalk. Once we came in, we were the only ones waiting to be seated but the hostess did not look up. She was playing with the iPad. After making me stand for about 4 minutes, she decided to seat us in the FURTHEST corner and go around several tables with chairs pulled out which was extremely difficult. She did not stop once to look behind her. There were plenty of open tables closer to the door. Once we got to the table she THEN asked if the table was okay. We were already there and I couldn’t keep going any longer so I said yeah. My dad is extremely upset. Hostess is pictured. I don’t recommend this location. Not accessible in the least. Good was good. Waitress was nice.

I haven’t eaten at Chilli’s in years but I kept seeing the videos of the triple dipper on social media so of course the internet finally won me over lol. I ordered pick up through the app after signing up for their rewards program. I picked the big mouth bites, honey chipotle mozzarella cheese sticks, and the nashville hot crispers. I also received a free order of chips and salsa for signing up for the rewards program. My food was piping hot when I received it and the internet did not lie those crispers and mozzarella sticks were sooooo good. Now the big bites weren’t bad but a little on the dry side for me. So next time I’ll try something different. But that nashville hot and honey chipotle flavoring was on point. And I didn’t expect the chips and salsa to be the size it was. I had enough for now and later. And yes the cheese pull on the mozzarella sticks was crazyyyyy lol.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way we were treated by the manager during our recent visit. The customer service was unprofessional, rude, and honestly petty.
I called ahead at 5:00 PM to give a heads up that we would be coming in with a larger party. When we arrived around 6:20 PM, we were told the wait would be 1 to 1.5 hours, which we understood and were willing to wait. After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes, I checked back in for an update and was told it would be another 30 minutes. During that conversation, the manager also made a comment telling me not to bring my large party anyway, which was unnecessary and inappropriate.
While waiting, I noticed four tables next to each other that were unoccupied. We were first in the queue to be seated, so I asked if we could sit at those tables separately. I had also mentioned earlier that splitting up was completely fine for our group. The manager said no. When I asked why, he said “because they have a plan.” When I asked what the plan was, he refused to explain and instead continued arguing with me.
Less than 10 minutes later, we were seated at the exact tables I had asked about — the same ones he told us we couldn’t have.
Once we were seated, the manager was seen talking and pointing at our table, which felt incredibly unprofessional. He also made a point to check on every other table in the area but never once came to ours to see if everything was okay. It felt intentional and petty.
The only positive part of our visit was our server, who was absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job despite the uncomfortable situation created by management.
Very disappointing experience overall.

My friends and I stopped by chilis before a concert last night for the 6$ margarita deals. The drinks come out quite slow- it was Saturday night, that could be the reason. The food was good and service was friendly overall. They also do to-go drinks, so I could take my margarita with me! For dinner we ordered the burger bites, the quesadillas, the dip trio, and the app trio. All were good.

My daughter chose Chili’s for her birthday dinner and it was the best experience we’ve had eating out in a long time. Management clearly values and fosters teamwork and a strong culture of support and positivity for staff. Our server, Jordan, was attentive without hovering and made sure we had everything we wanted/needed. I will definitely go again!

We arrived at 12:15. Had 6 people including 3 teens. Was told we dont have servers for 15 more minutes because that is when they are scheduled. We asked to be seated while we wait. Our drink order was taken around 1225. Our food order was not taken until 1245. That was difficult due to soft spoken server and loud restaurant. Ultimately our order was messed up. One teen wanted plain pasta Alfredo. It had to be made twice. Her food arrived about 1:20 after all others were done eating. The manager took the pasta off but I think things could be improved.

Went today after work, with a table of 30 people. Our server, he was absolutely amazing and did an absolute best with a bunch of us. The only thing I could kind of even doubt him on was that we waited for a while on refills. Besides that the whole restaurant was really clean and then she just really nicely and it was just wonderful to go there, definitely going back
