My Server “Tara” was fantastic! She was on point, attentive. To myself and even the customers, around me. I had the chicken salad explosion it was delicious. I would eat again. Good job Tara! Thank for a nice lunch experience.

We stood up front for a while, but then finally got seated. So far, we have been sitting at our table for 23 minutes. Not a single person has come and even spoke to us. At this point, I just wanted to see how long it will go…..
Ok, so now it’s been 37 minutes, I decided to walk around and count the tables that have people sitting at them. There are only 4 tables and 1 guy at the bar.
Ok, so I have added to this review 3 times.
By the end of this experience, all I can say is that with the quality of people who work here, I truly feel sorry for the manager at this location. I have never seen so many, sorry excuses for humans in my life. It was like going to Walmart after the first of the month when everyone get their welfare.

Was in the mood for a good burger. Seen Chilli’s on my route and had to pull in. The burger was really good, fersh and hit the spot. The fries was super, will for sure get more next time. They had some new starters so will update on my next visit. The server was warm and friendly and had some good recomendatation. Dont remember the name but he was cool.

7 of us was seated at a 6 person table. All adults. Asked twice if we could move. The waiter was very polite. The bill was incorrect and when asked about it was told the manager is the one that set the prices and discounts. We probably won’t be back for a long while.

I paid $8.00 for the smallest salad with only a few tomatoes and croutons. Awful. Will not ever go to this restaurant ever again.

We came this evening and assumed our bartender was new because when we ordered a chilled shot of tequila, she brought a rocks pour. We ignored it and focused on ordering. We’ve always loved the burgers so he ordered the smash burger. I ordered the QP burger. The QP looked amazing on the bar top game console, however, when our food came out, both burgers appeared to be smash burgers. I asked my server if there may have been a mistake because both burgers appeared to be the same, but she told me no, all their burgers are prepared the same, minus the toppings. As a former server at THIS Chili’s Bar n Grill, I knew that to be inaccurate. So I just assumed, once again like with the drink order she was new and did not know the difference. This is also where the real issue started. When I mentioned thats not how it’s been served before, nor is that how its pictured or advertised. She looked and spoke to me as if I was ignorant and walked away. When she re entered the dining room, I asked her if there was a kitchen manager on duty that I could talk to. The annoyed look she had on her face while she redundantly asked me if I wanted to talk to him, was beyond rude. You’d have to hear the tone and see the annoyed facial expression before she left to get the Manager. I’m really hoping your cameras have audio, I’m also really hoping whoever reads this looks into it. We were there from approximately between 10:00 pm and 10:45 pm today Saturday, Jan 10, 2026. When the manager came out, I explained to him what was going on and the issue with the food and then I showed him a picture that I took of the computer that Chili’s has on the bar, and how it advertises and shows the burger which is consistent to how I’ve had it every other time I’ve ordered by the way. When he was first looking at the picture on my phone, he said, I’ve never seen one of our burgers or advertisements look like that. Then I showed him how I had just taken those pictures on their bar. The manager was kinda polite, but not as expected. This coming from a woman who has worked 20 years in the restaurant bar industry Chiles included. If I had been a secret shopper, both would have failed horribly.The whole restaurant would have. He seemed to have a forced politeness and acknowledged that the burger was smashed and not made properly. Our server, the bartender, was literally disagreeing with him in front of us and other guests. It was extremely unprofessional. I’ve never had a server roll her eyes at me to my face. The burger that the manager brought out as the replacement for the mistake was perfect. It was exactly what I’ve came accustomed to receiving when I order a burger at Chili’s. I asked for a box to be given to me because my boyfriend had lost his appetite and was about to lose his temper because of how rude the server was being. I always do the surveys especially when service is good because as a server bartender, I know that nowhere near enough people do the surveys when they receive good service. It’s always bad and negative. Shockingly, this is the first negative review I’ve written at a chilis, because although the service has gone downhill over the past couple of years, they were never blatantly rude like this girl. As I was filling out the survey on the computer after paying, my boyfriend and I could audibly hear our server complaining loudly vilifying and belittling us. I’m not sure how you guys handle business now, but when I was an employee of Chili’s and every other serving job, i’ve ever had, that would have been immediate termination. I’m not sure it’s possible that the manager couldn’t hear her. She was speaking so loudly from the alley entrance we could hear her at the end of the bar. In my 20 years of experience, as well as going out to eat regularly, I have never seen, nor received such rude, disrespectful, and unknowledgeable service. Not giving this girl new training and completely turning around her attitude as well as menu, knowledge, would be a huge disservice to your company.

We were seated in a booth near the kitchen, which was rather warm. The food was good, the waitress wasn’t the friendliest, wouldn’t substitute an alcoholic beverage for another, so had to pay full price for the drink. It was okay, but just not very welcoming.

Follow Up! 6/20/24. Place looked 200% better. Everything was clean, the food was hot and as expected (sans a MR steak that ran from MR to well). The host was eager and kind. We sat in the bar and Gabby (?) Was amazing. I feel safe returning and will post an update next time.
*edit: the burger was nearly a smash burger and it was amazing. Keep doing that!

Table was dirty (many were) and there was a fork and food under our table and food on the booth seat. No one offered to clean it and the table behind us had to ask to have theirs cleaned.
Eggrolls were luke warm. Her dinner was cold and was sent back.
I had the quesadilla explosion salad and it was all iceberg lettuce with one piece of spinach.
Here’s the worst part. The server comped my fiance a cookie (that she ordered) because of the cold entree. We get home and it’s inedible – rock hard.
It expired on 1/1/23, we were there on 1/3/23.
NO WONDER the parking lot is empty.
Managing partner should be ashamed.
I’m not sure if EJR sold this location to Brinker or not – but sure feels like they did.
Brinker, if you’re in it for the short game, please let us know and we’ll not bother in the future.

We went to get dinner and tried out the Nashville TN flavored sauce, it said it was hot but I found it a bit chilli. I asked if they had anything hotter and was offered Tabasco and Cholula which is still on the low end of the heat spectrum. The service was great and the restaurant was nice, the prices were a bit on the high side, overall it was a bit mid.

Ordered big mouth bites. When I took a bite they were raw on the inside on further inspection there was blood soaked into the bun. I informed my waitress and showed her and her response was that’s how they are supposed to be, being in the food service myself you can’t cook burger less than Med. Well. I was disgusted by the food and service.i would not recommend.
