I really have been going back and forth with posting this but i do t know how to get in touch with corporate. I came in Sunday with my family like we do often and I ended up with a new server I’m not sure of her name but she has really short faded purple hair. She just gave us a really bad experience. She seemed really all over the place. She left at one point almost in tears and we didn’t see her for a few minutes. She had a strong smell of alcohol like it was coming out of her clothes almost. She just seemed out of sorts. I overheard her saying that God was getting on her nerves to another server.
I come to chili’s to spend money and enjoy time with my family. I also understand people have lives outside of their job but as a customer I do not want to hear about it. I just want management to be aware of things you may not know about or see.
If my grandma would like to come back we will but I will ask to not be sat with her I know you have a very good staff that wait tables this is the second time we’ve had her and it was a problem the first time, but that’s a whole different story.

We had an excellent experience at this Chili’s tonight! The hostess was cordial. Kristin, our server, was friendly, informative, and efficient. She anticipated our needs and was very attentive. The food was served quickly and was fresh and delicious. I also must recognize Daniel, the guy bussing tables. He is such a hard worker! He was doing a great job and did it with a pleasant attitude, with attention to detail. We spoke to the manager because we were so impressed with Daniel. The team members all worked together to create a positive experience for the diners. This was the best Chili’s I’ve ever visited! We will be back!!

We had a wonderful experience at the Chili’s in Petal, Mississippi. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted great, and the staff was absolutely awesome—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. Everything came together to make it an enjoyable visit. We’ll definitely be back!

I ordered wings and you could definitely tell they had been in the freezer for a long time, if not just not covered. Very dry. Beer was fresh and good, server was excellent.

Me and my family ate inside here weeks ago the food, service, and atmosphere was great. Last night I ordered take out from here the food was dry and tough, it’s like the food was reheated several times then sauced and sent out. I will only eat inside this restaurant since they dont care about the food quality of take orders.

I placed my order #10005 for To Go. In the process of picking up my order, I noticed only 1 cup of salsa. I asked for another Tatum(cashier) stated it only came with one, and we charge for extra. I stated I have a bag full of nachos and that’s all the salsa I get. She stated I could buy one. I said no thank you and left. I guess you have to be dine-in to receive extra salsa. Note to self, and you start visiting the one in Hattiesburg they’re more customer friendly.

Ordered the triple dipper and side salad for lunch today, burgers were extremely salty and chicken crispers so small and hard I could barely break them in half.. i was expecting a bigger salad for the price.which also wasn’t the freshest, I placed a Togo order and unfortunately didn’t even think to check the food before leaving. Luckily their chips and salsa are always good, ending up just eating those 🙂
