Started off with the skillet queso. Not that great, or anywhere near what it used to be. Not sure why they are still calling it skillet queso because it came in a plastic bowl. Secondly we had to ask 2 times for silverware and still were missing straws and had to ask a third time for them. When we got our food, it was mostly cold and my wife’s ribs tasted bad, almost like ammonia. Pretty sure the food sat too long and we didn’t see our waitress for over 30 minutes from the 3rd round of asking for a straw and the time the food was delivered. When we arrived the lights were also off outside indicating they were closed. Disappointed yet again by the chilis in Meridian. It’s quite unfortunate, this is the third chance we’ve given then after walking out the first two because of over 1.5 hour wait for food after ordering. Forgot to mention, their Mac n cheese was advertised as white cheddar, it was also super mush and inedible. Just look at the photos.
Another update: took 15 minutes for their card readers to work and their machine miscalculate the tip biases. Be careful of eating here. Wouldn’t use a debit card for safety.

I walked in to this place totally exhausted from a road trip driving a whole day in 8 hours, and came out feeling happy for the server that I had that night was attentive to my needs and friendly, and my steak was exactly what I asked for a medium cooked.

I Was Traveling thru your Beautiful Town on Interstate 75 and stopped At Olive Garden and craved Pasta to go. I waited so Long upon entering to No Staff expect the bartender,Whom was Ill prepared. Then when Staff Came out annoyed , she had to Work , I Left. I Seen Chili’s and Went in ….. Immediately Upon entering I came Across the sweetest and kindest Host “Coco” and she Spoke rite away, How are You She Said With a genuine Smile. It was a Pleasure to Be serviced By Her and Her Boss Ken , Whom she Makes Look Better , By Being the Best in Customer care in all Of Meridian Mississippi. It was a sincere Pleasure to Be Taken care of So Well I Didn’t Have to Ask for anything Besides My Order. Ken and Company Know Exactly How to Deliver the Goods in Great Tasting Food and Sincere Genuine Respect and Love For Us The Diners…. This Place is a Must Go!!!!! Anytime I come Back I Will go Here. I Do Hope the Owners Know exactly What they Have in Ken and His Crew. Honor them For They are Sincerely Worthy of Praise and Know How to Take care of their Guests. ThankYou Again.

We took a group of 36 and the staff was so accommodating! Our server (Davonte I think?) was such a sweetie, he did his job, joked, brought items out. And the manager made sure to check in with us and take care of everything. It was great!

Amazing!! We got the loaded fries as an appetizer, and for my dinner I chose the trio fajitas and the food was not only fresh, it was flavorful and literally the best food I have tasted in a long time! That is not it though, our waitress was so welcoming and made us feel as if we were a priority to her…. THANK YOU!!

Had a great start to my day. My sister and I decided too go to Chili’s. Neither one of us had been there in long time. Server was sweet lady. We ordered, I had a Salmon dish,my plate came back. The Salmon was dried,burnt and hard on the ends. She took it back. Then 2nd plate came out perfect! I let it slide….then I had a Togo order of a Big appetizer dish. It has 3differint dishes in one. I get home, and it’s also NOT what I ordered ♀️. I am very disappointed! I paid almost 50 for food, and my food was not what I paid for. Sad that you have to check behind people!!

Our waitress was friendly and attentive on giving us refills on our drinks. The salmon was cooked well and tasted good but the rice on the side was dry,cold and hard; however, when we told the waitress about it, she immediately asked if we wanted something else for replacement. We picked fully loaded baked potato and we didn’t have regrets because it was excellent.
My son picked mini molten lava for dessert and it was big enough that he was able to share it with us.

spent over $100 ordering Chili’s through DoorDash and had a terrible experience. The food was already disappointing, and when I went to drink my beverage, there was a roach inside the cup. This is a serious sanitation issue and completely unacceptable.
Between the poor service when I called and finding a roach in my drink, I will never order from this location again. I have photos to prove this happened. Management and corporate need to address the cleanliness of this restaurant immediately.

We came In today for lunch Saturday April 8 2023. The restaurant was very busy. We was seated immediately tho.Our waitress was wonderful. She brought out complimentary chips and salsa. So good! Tasted like they just fried the chips. The lunch was great! Everything was very fresh and hot. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back.

Customer service is not good. They have empty tables but tell customers it’s 20 minute wait just to be seated. Not a good experience. I will take my business elsewhere.
