Ive been here many times. But this time it was really nice! Service was great and pleasant, atmosphere was family oriented and chattering but calm. And that flaming flamingo drink was really good if u love fruity mixed drinks like I do.

Went in today on my lunch break, and the service is soooooo slow. The people that work there even move in slow motion. The 2 managers were sitting in the back corner and not being observant to the surroundings. I sat at my table for 10 minutes before the waitress even came over to get my drink order. To me this is very unacceptable because people should be able to get food in a timely manner without having to rush home

We had a trainee server and bless him he was trying his absolute best. However, I was a little frustrated with my experience. I waited about 10-15 min at my table before anyone greeted me after waiting another 20 min to be seated. Then it took extremely long for our drinks and appetizer to come out I could see my drinks at the bar. I had to ask another server/busser to get them for us since we’d been waiting a while. It took at least 30-40 minutes for our food to come out and we are just TWO people. We ordered chicken crispers and fajitas, come on. By the time I received my food I could tell it was under a heating lamp for a while because the sauces had a film layered over it and was disgusting. I asked for tobacco and that bottle was disgusting as well and the cap wasn’t even really on. We couldn’t really enjoy our food because of how long we waited and our stomaches settled. On top of that, I had small pieces of chicken and my husband’s food was flavorless so what exactly did they spend time on? Just sitting under the heat lamp. Please do better chilis. I live in Houston, Tx and have been to chilis all across the us the past year and they have all declined. You’ll be lucky if you have much business in the future after other comments.

The bartender “Olivia ” was nice and friendly but, was having a bad day i guess. She had 3 tables by the bar and 3 customers sitting at bar included my wife and I. Took a little while to get our drinks and longer to get food ordered. I could see our food in the window for over 10 minutes (sour cream on top was hot when we got it). It’s hard to find good food and service in North Mississippi along the interstate.

Our server walked by our table, slammed silverware and napkins down, and walked off without saying a word. She later returned, introduced herself, and asked for our drink order. We had been seated for about 15 minutes and already knew what we wanted to eat. When I said, “I’ll have a sweet tea and can I do the 3 for Me,” she cut me off and said, “I was just getting your drink order, but you can go ahead.” That should have been our sign to leave, but we stayed. Our drinks arrived with food residue floating inside. Replacement cups were brought out, but the outside of them had food residue all over them. When the food arrived, my plate was covered in grease and food residue and the other person’s food was just cold and tasted odd. We finally asked for the manager, who took our plates and apologized, saying, “We’ve been running around.” For context, we arrived before the College Football National Championship game started and the restaurant was not crowded. Unfortunately, the service showed a lack of care.

Chili’s…. a beloved chain of mild disappointment, really outdid itself this time.
First, we waited so long for a waiter that I honestly thought we had accidentally wandered into an escape room. After 20 minutes of staring at empty drink glasses (because we never had any to begin with), we finally asked the hostess if waiters were still a thing or if Chili’s had moved to a “serve yourself and pray for the best” business model. She assured us someone would be right over. Someone was not.
When a server did materialize, possibly summoned by the waning crescent moon, we realized they brought us one fork. One. And because nobody came back for another geological era, two grown adults committed to sharing that single fork like a weird team-building exercise.
Now, to be clear… the food? Surprisingly decent. Solid. The queso could absolutely save a failing marriage. But everything else? Horrible. Atmosphere: chaos. Service: missing in action. Cutlery availability: 50% at best.
Chili’s fed us, but only after emotionally breaking us down. Will I return? Probably to any location except this one.

When we arrived, we were told there would be a 20 minute wait time. We only waited 8 minutes. Our waitress Ms. Latavia was phenomenal!!! She was polite & attentive. There wasn’t a long wait for the food. Thank you Ms. Latavia! I hope to see you again! ☺️

Just picked up my lunch, there was no at the to go counter. There was a waitress with pink hair seated at the bar, I asked if she could call someone 4 times and she completely ignored me. Then I get back to work and my mini burgers are burnt and dry and barely have ranch even though I ordered an extra ranch. Really upset about the entire experience. Don’t think I’ll be ordering lunch again from here.

2 of us, other person meal was good. I had chicken tex Mexican bowl. It was served without the guacamole and pico bc they ran out. Had i been told I’d have ordered something different. The manager did provide a discount after it was brought to their attention. My biggest complaint was we weren’t told. That would have allowed me the chance to order differently.
