so Chili’s Grill & Bar this ain’t a bug in my margarita?!? your manager said it wasnt and put me out !!!
never in all my life has a grown man been so disgusting and disrespectful about a mistake their establishment made!! i was not trying to be confrontational at all. this was the predente and had already drank most of it. the bug came out with the last pour and my waitress was standing right there! when i asked for the manager he came already defensive saying it’s sugar. got loud with me and caused an unnecessary scene. i had threw up all my meal and drink after seeing that. after a loud back and forth the manager comps my meal and tell me to get out and never return, but when i asked him to get out of my way to leave he stated “ian gotta do nothing”?? i was shaken up after out dispute and left. i will never return as long as he is apart of the staff.
location is Giascoa place in cordova, and yes the entire interaction was recorded.

Have not been to this Chili’s in a while. Service was awesome but food was so-so. Bring back the ole favorites, especially the skillet chili cheese dip. The new southwestern tastes like something from a fair vendor. Canned and bland. Ordered the new chicken nachos and believe me I hope you are hungry caused it a lot of food.

First off I have to say thank you to Derek and our server Diamond for make my daughters birthday lunch perfect !! You guys went out of your way to make the lunch amazing !! I ordered a few different orders of the “triple dipper “ an all variations and they were a hit with the table ! Also had a few drinks and burgers and evertyhiwas amazing and hot and fresh !!

We got the chicken crispers with mac and Texas fries.
We also got the Bacon rancher with load mash..
To keep this short, overall everything was 6/10. The burger wasn’t really seasoned and the chicken crispers wasn’t giving the same vibe as usually. The Texas fries were good as usual but the mash was slightly bland.
For appetizer, we skillet Beef queso which kind of tasted like chili and rotel. Tasty but not what we were expecting.
Service was good enough, nothing extra.

The manager was racist towards me and my husband and refused to accépt our IDs. Her ñame was danesha. Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Chili’s does not decide what forms of ID are acceptable only local and state governments can make those decisions.

Didn’t dine in, order was placed in the app. FOOD WAS NOT FRESH. BURGERS WERE HOCKEY PUCKS – disappointed is an understatement. I haven’t had Chili’s in approx. 6 Mos. so I was looking forward to a quaint & simple, but filling meal.
Food was terrible!!‼️I spent almost $50 for burned sliders, small unrealistic portions (fries, litrrslt 15-20 pieces of cardboard potatoes), no utensils, and messy dirty food boxes (containers). Food temperature was sub-warm, at best, and nothing, I mean NOTHING seemed ‘fresh.’ I am most disappointed with the burgers… They were absolutely TOUGH! I trashed our meals, spent the better part of the night upset and PURCHASED (dinner x2) pizza. I love Chili’s but not after yesterday. I won’t be returning for a while, IF IF IF at all!

Very slow service, food very mediocre- ranch was obviously watered down, not enough servers for the tables, they were doing the best they could and this was not prime time. Chicken strips were not crispy at all.

Really great vibe at this Chili’s! We were seated and served very quickly, perfect pace with our appetizer and meals. Dominique never let our waters get near empty and was spot on with the service. Kind and quick. The southwestern egg rolls haven’t disappointed in 20 years and they didn’t start tonight. My sirloin was cooked perfectly and was a great cut of meat. All around a really solid dinner and experience, highly recommend.
