After finally being seated, we waited so long for someone to take our order that we started to wonder if we’d been forgotten altogether. When someone did come over, the interaction felt cold and impatient, like we were interrupting something more important. Any time we needed anything after that, whether it was refills, extra napkins, or even the check, it felt like we had to practically beg for attention.
What stood out most was how unwelcome we felt. There was no warmth, no basic courtesy, just a clear sense that customers were an annoyance. It is uncomfortable to spend your time and money somewhere that makes you feel like a burden.
Unfortunately, this experience left a really bad impression. I will not be coming back.
What really stood out, though, was the behavior of management. While we were there, I personally witnessed a manager getting into heated discussions with at least two different tables. The conversations were loud enough that nearby guests could clearly hear them, and the tone felt confrontational rather than solution-oriented. Instead of de-escalating the situations calmly and professionally, it seemed like the manager was arguing back and forth with customers. It made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable and tense.
Dining out should feel relaxing, especially on a weekend, but this experience was anything but that. Between the inattentive service and the unprofessional handling of customer concerns, it left a really bad impression. I’ve visited Chili’s in the past without issues, but after this experience, I’ll definitely think twice before returning.
Waitress was attentive and food served hot. 6 of us seated at a smallish 6top table. Just felt crunched together. Men’s bathroom unserviceable due to massive water on floor.
From the moment we arrived, things felt completely disorganized. There was no clear system for seating or assisting guests, and we were left standing around for quite a while without any acknowledgment. Staff members seemed confused about basic procedures and kept saying they needed to “check with management,” but no manager was readily available to step in or provide direction. It created frustration not only for us, but visibly for the employees as well.
When we were finally able to speak with someone who identified themselves as the manager, the interaction only made things worse. Instead of listening to our concerns, they were dismissive and defensive. There was no apology for the confusion or delays, just excuses and an attitude that suggested we were overreacting. It felt unprofessional and lacking in basic customer service.
Throughout our visit, there was a noticeable lack of coordination. Staff were openly contradicting each other in front of guests, and you could sense low morale. Simple requests took far longer than they should have, and when mistakes happened, no one took ownership. Responsibility was shifted around rather than resolved, which made the whole atmosphere tense and uncomfortable.
Strong management sets the tone for the entire experience, and this past weekend it was clear that something is seriously lacking. Until there are improvements in communication, organization, and accountability, I wouldn’t recommend spending your time or money here.
Her timing was perfect, she checked in without ever hovering, and she handled everything with a warm smile that made our visit feel extra comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who not only excels at service but also genuinely enjoys connecting with kids, and she absolutely nailed it.
We’ll definitely be back, and a big thank you to Marnesha for making our day brighter!
Unfortunately, after that, about 45 minutes went by and no one ever came back to check on us, refill our drinks or chips, or even take our order. We watched multiple tables around us get served and taken care of while we were completely overlooked.
We eventually got up to try to speak with a manager, and the interaction was incredibly disappointing. The manager was extremely rude. In all my years in the restaurant business, I have never experienced service handled this poorly.
Sadly, I do not recommend this Chili’s based on our experience tonight.
Chili’s has long been a reliable choice for casual dining, and on this recent visit, it delivered a satisfying experience that balanced bold flavors with comforting classics. I started off with the trio dip—Queso, guacamole, and salsa—and it immediately set a high standard. Each dip brought a unique texture and taste: the queso was rich and velvety, the guacamole creamy and fresh, and the salsa packed a zesty punch. The warm, crisp tortilla chips were the perfect vehicle for all three. It’s a shareable starter, but honestly, I wouldn’t blame anyone for keeping it all to themselves.
For the main course, I went with the steak and shrimp combo, served with mashed potatoes. The steak was grilled to a satisfying medium—tender, juicy, and well-seasoned. The shrimp added a buttery, lightly spicy counterpoint that elevated the dish with a touch of coastal flair. Paired with Chili’s classic mashed potatoes—smooth, hearty, and just the right amount of garlicky goodness—the plate came together as a comfort-food trifecta.
The atmosphere was laid-back, with friendly service that kept things moving without feeling rushed. It’s the kind of place where families can relax, friends can catch up, and solo diners still feel right at home. Everything from the food presentation to the overall vibe captured Chili’s signature approach: familiar, flavorful, and satisfying without being fussy.
If you’re looking for a meal that hits all the casual dining sweet spots—solid portions, craveable starters, and well-executed mains—this trip to Chili’s won’t disappoint.
