Fpod was spot on! Val is, hands down, the absolute best server! If I could convince them to leave and come train every server at the restaurant where I work, I absolutely would. Their service is truly top tier. If I could give five more stars, I would! Cherish this wonderful soul—you don’t find servers like them anymore.

The food was also amazing, and the manager we spoke with to compliment Val was incredibly sweet and humble. I’m not sure why this location has only 3.4 stars, because even on the night before Valentine’s Day, while being extremely busy, the restaurant, food, and service all deserved a five-star rating

My drink was amazing and Stephen was very knowledgeable and patient. I would like to mention that I saw a young woman in the kitchen warming tortillas with her bare hands after I finished my quesadilla that came with my salad. Very disappointed with the lack of sanitation openly used.

I got my order to go. I ordered the Shrimp Canjan pasta. I walked right in, and my order was taken. My wait was probably no more than ten minutes before my order was handled to me. The young lady handled me my order without a thank you. About my order, it wasn’t good at all! The pasta noodles were not completely done, and there was not enough sauce, and the shrimp was semi overcooked. I did order a side of corn on the cob, which was hot and delicious. Chilli used to wrap your bread in aluminum foil, but mine wasn’t. Therefore, my bread was soggy. I will say this, even though they were crowded, my wait time wasn’t long. Let me add that I would have waited longer for my food to be completely done.

Wasn’t packed on a Monday Night, but the bar was. Floor was easy to walk on, and this is important because I like walking inside of places where my feet don’t slide across the greasy floors. Service was quick. Appetizers and food were hot and served at a good pace. Not over priced. Try the blueberry margaritas and Cajun pasta, add shrimp if you’d like. Restaurant located off of a main road, but traffic was not terrible. Park on the sides of the restaurant because parking directly in front may get your vehicle a few dents from drivers who park too close.

Whenever we visit Chili’s, we typically go for the “3 for Me” deal, which includes an entrée, a side, and a drink starting at just $10.99. Today, we opted for the $16.99 version of the “3 for Me,” and it did not disappoint! The meal was absolutely delicious. The drink was expertly crafted, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Additionally, the service was attentive and friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience!

The server seemed new as he rarely checked in on us. We had to call him to the table after long waiting periods. When we finally received our food, it was overcooked, and some of it had to be sent back. Would have sent more back, but kids were hungry, and they basically tolerated the food. Won’t be back to this location for a very long time. May be done with Chili’s altogether. We spend too much for the food to be overcooked.

I’m a delivery driver and I arrived to pick up a customer food and saw a young female preparing food with her bare hands…..I really think this should be looked at. I don’t feel comfortable giving customers food that’s not done right.
