I met a friend for lunch today and I’m so glad she suggested Chili’s! The food was fantastic, everything came out fresh and exactly how we ordered it.
We decided to sit at the bar, and I’m really glad we did because Liz was absolutely amazing. She’s not only a great bartender, but an outstanding server. Friendly, attentive, and on top of everything without being overbearing — she made the whole experience even better.
Great food, great atmosphere, and top-notch service from Liz. We’ll definitely be back!

First time here and fell in love with the place!! Our server, Tristian, was the one who made it an enjoyable atmosphere. He was quick, funny, and made sure we had the best experience while we ate. He did a song for our birthday boy and was always having a smile on his face. Would HIGHLY recommend coming and will always ask for Tristian when we come back.

Great lunch experience! Tristian & his great service were on point from the time we sat down until the check was paid. Appetizer was tasty and had several options of combos to choose from. Drinks were never empty, and the food was literally smokin’ hot!

Thought grabbing some lunch here was a good idea. I do not recommend, ordered the guacamole to start, it comes out nearly all brown and smelling funny. Seemed like it was sitting in the bottom of a bowl all morning and they scooped it into a new one before serving. Would not trust the food here.

One of the worst chili’s restaurants I’ve been to….and I’ve been to many all across the US. If it wasn’t for Tristan (our server) we would have walked out. Dinner time is busy, I get it, we got seated relatively quicky and Tristan was on top of his game with taking our orders, getting the food out to us and making sure we had what we needed even before we asked for it. He was great. However, the restaurant was some of the smallest Chili’s I’ve been too. The place was not extremely clean but with that amount of foot traffic I can’t really hold that against them. The food is where they fell short. The southwest egg rolls were on point. And that’s where it ended. Our food was mid grade at most. We had a variety of chicken, burgers and some kids Mac. The appetizer was as expected. Good. Their southwest egg rolls, good. My burger, Swiss mushroom came with a flat and burned burger bun but Tristan had already requested a new one before he brought that to the table. The burger though, the lettuce tasted like it was laying out on the counter for decades, definitely not fresh. The mushrooms were present…..on the plate, not on the burger….the burger had cheese on it and it was made “mediumish” with more blood than you’d expect in a medium burger. The inside of the meat felt lukewarm and you can defiytaste the blood. The chicken was mediocre at best. The kids Mac…..I’m pretty sure was out of a box and powder. It tasted horrible. All in all $94 later for a dinner for a family of 5 was definitely not worth it. Tristan, you can do wonders in an establishment that is way better than this! Thanks for your service, this place is a no-go!

We ordered from the lunch menu. I ordered the smasher burger with fries and I asked for the salad to go. When they brought the salad it was in a cup of soup container. It literally had three bites of salad in there. I was shocked. There is no way this is how they prepare salads to go. If they do then I hope others have complained about not getting what they are paying for. My husband ordered the QP burger with fries and chips and salsa for his starter. The waiter was always letting our drinks run out and we kept running out of salsa too. We used to go there all the time but if this is going to be the new norm then we will have to find a new restaurant to go to.

Laykli (dont know if I’m spelling that right..sorry!) was super congenial and we discussed the menu. The potato soup was very tasty as was the BigQ burger. It came out fast and Laykli checked on me numerous times. we has a nice little discussion about sonography! Really an attentive and all around sweet kid. Best of luck in school and thanks for the tasty grub!
Ps.. it was I feel a very good deal price wise.. especially in this economy!

I tried to order lunch online for 12 people and that was a horrible mess. My order couldn’t be processed because it was more than $250. What?! That’s quite ridiculous especially for a catering order.
I called the restaurant to order lunch directly and they were clueless, as well. Finally, I placed the order with the manager and went to pick it up. I asked the server/to-go person if everything was in the bags? She acted like she checked through the bags and said, “Everything is there.” Well, guess what? When I got back to my office there was NO salsa! None. Zero. Nada. We had four bags of chips and NO freakin salsa. The salsa and chips were the main reason we ordered from Chili’s to begin with. I called back and they were idiots about it with a flippant attitude regarding their screw up. They could have cared less. The manger was supposed to call me back, but surprise!!! he never did. No one in our office will EVER eat at Chili’s again nor EVER order to go food. Never, ever, ever!
