Best chilis experience EVER! Virgil was AMAZING!! Best service I’ve ever had at chilis across the county! If you’re planning on bringing the kids, they have a great kids menu. The three for me was a HIT, the hubby loved the chicken dippers!!

I hate to leave bad reviews and I normally never do, but this is not the place for Uber/To-Go orders. Will not listen to notes or requests. We ordered the Honey Chipotle crispers.. they came naked. Asked for and bought extra ranch for salad, fries and crispers.. gave one tiny ranch. I loved the pasta I will say. When I called and asked for a manager, was on hold for 10 minutes then got sent to “no one can take your call”

St. Clair and Arion are the absolute best! Anytime I come in I request to be sat with either of them and they always make me and my party feel amazing! Our runner Angel (who we found out was new) was also a delight. My friends and I love coming to chilis and we know we’ll always have a good time with the best staff ♥️
The manager Amanda is also super nice and welcoming! She makes sure her employees are seen and recognized.

Waited over 30 minutes for an appetizer, had to get the manager involved or it probably would have been longer. Server never came by to say why it was taking so long or to apologize. Had to wait for drink refills to the point I was considering refilling them myself.
They were not busy, there were empty tables around so that wasn’t the issue.
The food here is good. The appetizer was good when it arrived. The food is not the problem – service is. I would come here more often if they had better service.

I ordered an appetizer because I didn’t want a full meal. It took forty minutes to be served and the waitress was definitely not qualified to deal with the public. She was just standing around doing mostly nothing and didn’t check to see if we needed anything. The place wasn’t busy so no excuse to have taken so long to be served. So, since the service was lousy I didn’t feel compelled to leave a tip. One definitely wasn’t deserved. So when I paid my bill I opted out of a tip. Imagine my surprise when I got the text receipt that an almost ten dollar tip had been added to my card. I always thought a tip was for GOOD service received but apparently Chilis just thinks any kind of service deserves a ten dollar tip and automatically adds it to any and all bills.Might as well have just robbed me at the door than sneak it onto a tab. Lousy service…..beware they will stiff you!

I went to Chili’s expecting dinner and instead achieved spiritual enlightenment through chips and salsa. At some point between basket #6 and #17 I felt my soul leave my body and hover gently above the table like a queso-scented ghost.
The fajitas came out sizzling so loud I thought the fire department was about to pull up. The smoke rose dramatically and I swear I heard a choir. That was the exact moment I ascended to a higher plane of existence where calories don’t count and everyone agrees mozzarella sticks are a personality trait.
The waiter called me “my friend” and suddenly I felt seen, understood, and ready to forgive everyone who has ever wronged me. My drink never dropped below half full. I don’t know how he knew. I think he can sense thirst like a shark senses blood.
By the end of the meal I was 14% queso, 32% grilled onion aroma, and 100% at peace. I floated out of there instead of walking. I’m not saying Chili’s changed my life… but I now measure time in baskets of chips.
Would I go back? I never truly left. Part of me is still there. Ascended. Watching over the skillet queso like a guardian spirit

Food was good and the service wasn’t awful. All the servers were polite and attentive and I would’ve given them 5 stars but the person at the pick up desk didn’t give me any plastic ware, condiments, napkins or salad dressing. Which wouldn’t have been a big deal had I’d been at home but we happened to be staying in a hotel and didn’t have anything. Also my wife was very mad about her dressing and I’ve gotta live with her so that alone takes a star away in my opinion. Oh have mercy.

Initially had a discrepancy with the server over the number of wings in the trio app. The server told me 5/order but for bone in wings it was 4/order. Once the food was on the table we realized the server had made a mistake. We told her our issue with the number of wings being different than she had said and she told her manager. The manager, Nikki, came out after speaking with her server and rectified the situation immediately! It was a good learning experience for the server and a Great experience for us! Allzae, owned her words and worked hard to make our experience Great! She succeeded !! We will be back to the Chili’s in Knoxville on Kingston Pike very soon!
