This was my first time ever at chili’s. I think there’s only one in my area and I’ve just never been that way til today. It was so good. Our server Evan did an amazing job. We were given a small booth and he did good with the space we had. The food was amazing and this drink I got dragon berry something was oh so good I had to have 2. We got the fajitas for 2 and the flavor was amazing as well

I didn’t eat as I didn’t have time. But the place was super super clean. The bartender (bunch of tattoos which is absolutely fine just mentioning who she was because she was awesome) made a perfect margarita. She was handling all the bar tables well. Very well run restaurant. I’ll be back to try the food.

Wow, I hadn’t been to a Chili’s in about 4 years after a not so great first experience, but today’s visit with friends completely changed my opinion!
I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and paired it with the watermelon passion fruit drink. That drink was sweet in the best way so no refill needed, but I’d absolutely order it again.
The Cajun pasta blew me away. Creamy, thick, perfectly seasoned, and the grilled roast flavor sealed the deal. It runs about $18 after tax, but it was easily enough for 2 – 3 meals. I took home at least 70% of it!
My friends ordered the half slab ribs and they didn’t last long! The sauce was a hit. Another friend had the sampler with sliders, chicken tenders, and a taquito/egg roll combo. I tried a bite of the taquito and it was packed with flavor. Not overly crunchy, and the filling was tasty. I’m definitely eyeing the sampler for my next visit. Even the kiddos chicken tenders and fries hit the spot.
Only 1 downside, our server disappeared after dropping off the food. We had to track him down about 40 minutes later just to get to go boxes, which dragged out our visit a bit. That aside, the food and vibe made this a solid 4 star experience. I’ll be back!

Starting this off- the food was amazing, I only got the triple dipper, and was wanting to main my entree for the pasta dish. I first got greeted by my server— It was an okay interaction.. i ordered my drink & appetizer immediately and got my food within 5 or so minutes, super quick! Sadly the service went downhill from there. My server hardly checked on me during my meal, and while i was on the phone taking a quick call, my head was turned to continue to eat, and he came by- dropped off a “drink refill” when i was sat without a drink for over 10 minutes. I turn my head to place my straw into the fresh drink, and it was completely wrong, but unfortunately he was already gone by the time i tried to catch his attention. Once that happened, i never seen my server stop again at my table, asked how my food was – or nothing. I sat at the table for another several minutes wanting to place the other order in, and my server never came back, so i decided to pay and go to leave. I noticed a manager was at the front, so i asked if they were the manager and she said yes, i explained my service, and how the food was great, couldn’t been better, but my service was terrible— she apologized for the inconvenience, and i also explained i waited several more minutes to place my other order in, and never got to do that- and she did offer to place that for me, which i declined. I just feel like overall, something could have been done. Lastly, the food is great! Service can be a hit/miss, so hopefully it’s better next time if i come back to this location.

Chili’s is a little more expensive than your normal sit down restaurant in this caliber but their quality is top notch by far. Portions are large and so delicious.

The food was great. They brought us chips and salsa and while the chips were thin they were addictive, lol… The salsa was ok but gringo made.
(I found out on the bill they were not included so watch out!). My husband said they were not real Mexican restaurant.
I asked for a cheese dip. It was delicious.
I ordered a Santa Fe Explosion salad. The quesadillas were very tasty.
The portion of the meal was generous (I had to ask for a to-go box.)
The total of the bill was $67.01 so yes overpriced but the food and service was good.
Will we be coming back? While the food was really good it was overpriced for Gringo Mexican. We are white folks who have eaten real Mexican oftem.

Stopped in on Black Friday after shopping. We were sat within 2 minutes, drinks within 5 minutes, ordered chips with Salsa and Southwest Queso which arrived before our server even left the table. Food was out in minutes. Sara was our server and she was amazing! My wife and I left full and happy. Great service, great experience.

It’s not that it’s bad, it’s that when they’re busy, the staff is clearly overwhelmed, lack leadership and service, cleanliness and timely food service visibly suffers. I am not sure if this is a simple matter of having the wrong people on the wrong sears of the bus or if the leadership at this location is failing his or her people.
The food is good but not over the top fantastic. It’s good enough to call good but not bad enough to complain or send it back.
A little focus by the right people and this location could become a great place. A lack of attention now could send this location into a deeper spiral.
