Service was great, ordering online was very easy and I liked that I can prepay so I can just run in and grab my food when they send the text saying that its ready. It was ready on time and fresh and hot! Individually all the items were delicious, the Nashville hot wasn’t that hot to me.. Just had a lot of the mildly spicy oil. Loved the honey Chipotle tenders!! The sliders would have been better if they weren’t soaked in the Nashville hot oil. If I ever order these together again, i will call in my order and ask for the mozz sticks to stay separate. Adding a special request area to the online ordering would be helpful! I could have asked for some ketchup. Plenty of parking and overall delicious

Superlative experience. Stopped in for a late lunch around 2 PM on a Thursday. Seated immediately. Waitress and food were outstanding. Waitress brought us several refills before we were even done with our drinks, and when we asked for the check she brought drinks in to-go cups to take with us without us even asking for them. The food was excellent. We both ordered the 3-for-me $10.99 specials – cheeseburger, fries, chips & salsa and a soft drink. One of the best meals I’ve had out in a long time, and are you kidding me? $10.99? Good luck finding a deal this good elsewhere.
Asked to speak to the manager and both the manager and assistant manager came over, very attentive and friendly. Told them the food was great and the waitress was outstanding. They could not have been nicer.
We were traveling from the next state over and probably won’t be back that way again anytime soon, but if we are we would absolutely stop there and also recommend it to friends and family.

I got delivery and I’m extremely disappointed. First time getting delivery from Chili’s and the food was below expectations. Big mouth bites looked like they had been chewed on, no bacon bits, no sauce, no cheese, they look nothing like advertised. One didn’t even have a bottom bun. Im not comfortable eating them. The boneless wings are cold to touch which they should be at least warm because the delivery person was quick, and the mozzarella sticks are soggy and cold. The only thing edible is the chips and salsa.

I didn’t appreciate the service or the rudeness from the manager. They ruined my birthday dinner and made me feel like crap when all I was trying to do was enjoy a margarita, chips and salsa.
Not everyone who eats at your establishment is from your state. Each state has different identification systems. My ID from Louisiana was scannable and completely useable at other restaurants in this town but yet was an issue for yall. I literally went to Buffalo Wild Wings right after this encounter and they accepted it. I even offered for it to be scanned and showed the legal information for it. Im in the process of getting a new id because I just got married. It would have been one thing if that would have been it but to be pestered by the manager afterward really ruined the vibes and made me not want to eat here again. Just because my ID system is different in TN than LA doesn’t mean it isn’t usable. Because it was my birthday my husband ordered my margarita for me IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER and she accepted the order. If it was a problem you should have said that instead of letting the bartender make the stupid drink. We literally ordered it in front of you.
Then after all of this happened and we went to pay, the waiter told my husband NOT to fill out the survey at the end because he didn’t want to be personally affected by our negative experience. That’s when I had had it. At that point you don’t deserve my money. We paid because we ordered but I regret that too. Their behavior was unacceptable and I’ll be telling everyone not to dine here while this manager is over this establishment.

Wasn’t sure if this place was going to be packed last night it was not thank goodness because it was black Friday. The server that we had was amazing she was spontaneous. She was outgoing. She was funny. It was great. our food came so quickly and our drinks were very good. I love their little Mexican eggrolls. They have just enough spice to them and the sauce that they give you with them is so good. We always get the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and they are so good and so filling it doesn’t look like a lot of food, but it’s amazing. We forgot to take a picture of the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla but I got a picture of the other two before we ate it all. I do you recommend this place. The atmosphere is amazing and the waitresses are fantastic

One of the worst places to eat in Cleveland. Eat anywhere else but here. 16.69 for a quesadilla explosion salad with one, yes you read that correctly one chicken tender and NO quesadillas!! Who would think this was ok to plate and serve to a customer. 7 phone calls, because I’d wait and after long waits it tells you your call didn’t go through and hangs up on you. I will be refunded my 16.69 but nothing else even though I don’t have anything to eat for dinner. Their management and customer service has been bad for years. If you’re from out of town and think oh wow a chilis. NO SKIP THIS ONE! Don’t spend your hard earned money on awful food along with awful customer service.

Employees/manager are great here! Clean place, great food, pricing is getting a little high (as is everywhere) but still have plenty of delicious options-miss the street corn so no more combo meals for me. But the brisket quesadillas are fantastic! Let’s not forget the ribs and burgers- yummy.

My only con would be if I could come here more often because the prices are a little steeper than I would like.
P.S. If your little one doesn’t have a high spice tolerance I wouldn’t recommend the cheesy chicken pasta for them otherwise they will love it!
