I wish I’d have taken photos of the Triple Dipper. That truly is the star of the show. The honey chipotle crispers and the sliders and egg rolls are FANTASTIC. They have great burgers! We’re always too full for dessert. I’ve been three times recently and each time has been overall great. Really enjoying the food here!

Overall the food was good. Burger tasted good and was prepared well. Though it was greasy when holding it. Chicken tenders had no issues. Though if getting chicken there are better options there are better options that deliver on both quality, price and overall value. Fries also good. Overall, this visit was decent and certainly topped our previous experience in Hermitage several years ago. About what you should expect from an all-around American restaurant.

My boyfriend and I came in and we had Mia as our server and she was phenomenal! Her energy was incredibly great! Also, the food was extremely good. We tried the new Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos and they were super good!

i sat at the bar and i love the service with the one on one with the bartender. i had no drinks. but the brisket quesadillas were amazing SHOUT OUT TO THE GRILL LINE who gave me a Rose made of aluminum foil, it made me leave w a smile, the manager checked in on me frequently and my services. great service , period <3

Every since chilis stopped focusing on delivery and gocued on the atmosphere and food, it got a alot better. The food, service, everything. I love the mozzarella sticks they have its so good. Especially the hot nashvile ones. I mean just when im writing this Just now, zoraida, our server, was very nice, happy to be here, and good all the food in a good manner. I hope they continue to get better as time passes and have kind and understanding servers like zoraida!

The service was good and it seemed like everyone worked as a team. But the food was not good sauced mozzarella sticks were a mess, the egg rolls disappointed the fajitas were not cooked well and the meat was not good. They also need an electrician to fix the lights falling out of the ceiling and other obvious maintenance issues

The waitstaff and hostess couldn’t figure out how to seat a party of 2. They argued in front of us as if we weren’t there. After about 5 minutes of them loudly speaking about not wanting our table, we left. Rude… if you need to seat us and then figure who is waiting on us then do so but never show the customer how you don’t want to wait on them. They were not on a wait when we came in. Just bizarre….
