We placed a carryout order and were extremely disappointed. The mozzarella was fried way too long (which is sad because they were really good last time we ordered them). We were also missing a side order so I attempted to phone the store but could never get an answer. Not planning a return visit any time soon.

Really good, very clean. Our server was nice and also they told us about the reward program and we got the free chips and salsa. Cake was amazing! Definitely coming back.

I recently visited Chili’s for the first time, and my friends recommended the **3 for Me** menu, which is known for being the best value option. For just **$10.99**, you can enjoy a **hamburger, fries, a drink, and a side**, making it a fantastic deal.
I went with my three kids and ordered a hamburger set. All of them chose **nacho chips** as their side, and I was surprised by how big the portion was. Next time, I plan to mix things up by ordering **nacho chips, soup, and salad** to try different flavors.
The **hamburger patties** were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, making them incredibly delicious. However, the outer layer of the patties was slightly burnt and blackened, which wasn’t exactly my style. Despite this, the overall flavor was still enjoyable.
The **employees were very friendly**, and the restaurant had a **great atmosphere**, making our dining experience even better. Another great part of the menu is the dessert option—you can add one for just **$2.99**. We tried the **molten chocolate cake**, and it was absolutely delicious!
Overall, I had a great first experience at Chili’s, and I’ll definitely be visiting again in the future.

Ordered for pick up and they definitely disappointed. Whoever prepared the meal in the kitchen you can tell does not care for the job! Pasta was dry and seems like they were very skimpy with shrimp and Chicken! Ordered the pick 2 and the steak was so old it was actually black! No pink or freshness at all … they actually put that on the plate. The meal looked old like it was somethin they had from a previous order and the customer refused. Looks like it was warmed up and served to my family: I’m very taken back by this meal! It was wasted in the bag, someone too lazy to assemble properly for the customer to carry out. I usually order from Opry Mills and decided to try this location. Epic fail when the desert was terribly displeasing. Cake old and stale. For almost $100 we could have gotten better at Sonic burgers! This location needs to do better the food experience is awful for the money you pay! Then they ask for a tip even before you get your food! Nope avoid this place …

We were a family over 20 people . Our waitress was amazing. This will be the family gathering spot. Food was great and fast service. We came in late because of our work schedule and still got the best service. Much love from our whole family.

There’s nothing wrong with Chili’s. Our waitress was awesome, the food was fresh. I just happened to get very very sick right after we ate. Nobody else got sick, just me. Unfortunately, I will be avoiding all restaurants for awhile.

Great spot for a quick lunch. The lunch specials are reasonable, especially with the margarita of the month!! Food came out fast, hot and my server had a nice personality. Didn’t disappoint at all!!
