The chicken wings were dried out and hard, the egg rolls were soaking wet with grease, and the queso tasted rancid. It was completely inedible. The food looked and tasted like it had been left out for over a day. We had to throw it away. I tried to contact the store about my issue before posting a review, and my call was hung up on 3 times and I was never able to speak with anyone.

We normally love going here, but this visit was just ok. The beer(which I’m not a beer drinker, but i do like it here) wasn’t as cold as usual. I usually only drink it because it’s super cold, but not today. The food was good but the appetizer seemed to be the bottom of the bag for fries and was lacking. Our meals were good tho.

Enjoyed a great dinner at this location recently. The restaurant was very clean upon entering, the hostess even opened the door for my elderly mother. Our server was very friendly and efficient as well. Our food arrived with perfect timing and was delicious! Highly recommend this location if you haven’t tried it.

4/2/23 – We stopped here for Supper & everything went really well! Waitresses were nice, food was good & for the most part restaurant seemed to be clean! I got the Honey Chipotle Crispers with Loaded Mashed Potatoes & Broccoli! My husband got the Smokehouse Combo with 1/2 Rack of Ribs, Honey Chipotle Crispers, Fries, Broccoli & Texas Toast! My Birthday is this week & I got a Free Hot Chocolate Chip Cookie with Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert with 2 spoons so that I could share with my husband!!

We came in early and were the only ones seated at the restaurant. Service & food were great. One of the best places we have dined in Clarksville. We got a nice booth and had too many delicious options to pick from the menu. I decided to to do something different and unusual for me to add a twist to 2022. I ordered a margarita (around 10:45 AM) and a large medium rare sirloin with asparagus & avocado. I usually skip meals and rarely order a drink so early in the day. The hubcap ordered the lunch special for $10.99 with potato soup & Cajun shrimp pasta. They were all delicious, and we enjoyed each bite. My steak was thick & cooked perfectly – medium rare. Chili’s might be the perfect date place once every two weeks.

Service is usually great here, but today was not the best. Waited over 45 minutes just to place an order that came out incorrect. Everyone that came in after us was served immediately. The restaurant was not packed as it was Monday evening. The waitress, though very pleasant, seemed to be more concerned with chatting with her friends the manager and other familiar patrons. The manager ‘Mo’ was called over, but there was no point.

Our waitress was amazing! Her name is Lisa! I meant to post this review awhile ago but I spaced it! But we went back yesterday and she was our service again! She is the best waitress ever! She’s so kind and funny, she loves her job and making sure her customers have a good time! Love eating at chillis couldn’t recommend it more!

We came to chilli we rarely come here but wanted to give it a try. We went during happy hour they had a special BOGO margaritas. We got a combo and was able to share, my favorite was the corn it had some Cajun season and other stuff on it!!! All the food was hot and fresh and delicious. Looked like all the staff was wearing mask and had the tables 6 feet apart for covid precautions. Will definitely be back.
