This time around we had excellent service and all of the food was great. Paige is and excellent server. So friendly and attentive. Made good conversation and she brought refills without us asking. My kids were stunned at that. It just shows how service lately around town has gone down people dont go above and beyond anymore and Paige did. And it was a busy Saturday night. Good on her for killing it, we would definitely request to sit in her section again.

I’m so disappointed and yall should be ashamed this has been my craving for so long and finally decide why not and spend my lil 20 dollars on this. This is one of the most nastiest things I’ve had in a long time I can’t even finish it no matter how much I try. The Nashville Hot Mozzarella sticks weren’t hot at all. They weren’t even hot to the level of a hot Cheeto and they were so gritty and dry. I’m honestly in disbelief.

Stopped in for lunch, service was good and attentive, atmosphere was good, food tasted good but I almost laughed at my little tiny fajitas, you could tell inflation is through the roof, get much better quality for same price at any other Mexican restaurant. Sweet tea sucked as well, everything else was good.

Chili’s Nashville hot cheese sticks were soooooo yummy. We enjoyed all the food. Everything was super fresh. Service was exceptional and restaurant was very clean. This was a very Satisfying experience. Highly recommend

Review based on visit in late July, Let me get the negatives out the way. My wife didn’t really like her food and her rice was dry. And I went with my family. When I told the waitress I was paying for myself, my wife and my son. She turned to my big sister and said look at your son paying for his self. This kind of offended my sister as this assumed she looked so much older that she could’ve been my mother. But my ribs were okay, not as fresh as the last time I had them nor was it seasoned much. But my fries were fresh and amazing, my sausage was fresh and amazing, and the tenders were also super good! The corn I took home since I was full but that also tasted amazing. Service was still nice though, Just had to dock points because that could’ve ruined her birthday! Almost forgot I got some sautéed mushrooms, under-seasoned but still very good!!

Our server Olivia did a very good job sta up on all her tables, she showed each table the same attention, and the best part she never let our drinks get low and her smile never left her face!!! Her 5 yrs of service shows tremendously!!!! We will definitely drive back an 1hr and 45 mins just to eat with her again!

No wait for a table this trip. Food is always good. Skillet queso is the best. The server was attentive and friendly. Food prepared as ordered. The parking lot was pretty full but seated quickly, and the service was great.

This experience was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. After already taking a sip of my drink, I found a piece of blonde hair inside the can. That alone is a serious health and hygiene issue. What made it even worse is that no manager ever came to our table to acknowledge the situation, apologize, or take responsibility.
To make matters worse, it wasn’t even our server it was a different server walking around with her hair in a claw clip with red tinsel, yet her hair was still everywhere and clearly not secured properly. Seeing that immediately after finding hair in my drink was infuriating and only confirmed the lack of basic food safety standards.
There was zero urgency, zero accountability, and no effort to correct the obvious hygiene issue. This is not a minor mistake it’s a serious cleanliness problem, and the way it was brushed off is unacceptable. I will not be returning and strongly warn others.
