I ordered the boneless chicken wings amd was told they mo longer serve celery. So, I ordered a salad that consisted of iceberg lettuce, cheese, croutons and the tiniest slivers of tomato i ever saw. The ranch dressing was good. The lock on the handicapped door of the women’s restroom was broken and the floors were filthy. There was sign on the door about a cash shortage. My advice. Close the doors until you can get better management. Maybe bring the Manager from Meridian MS to help overhaul this place!!!

Every time I go to Chili’s, I am reminded of why I stopped going there in a photo you’re gonna see a plate with cajun pasta on it and the little side cup, you’re gonna see how small that actual plate really is of food talk about shrink flation it is insane for $20. There should be more than what little bit of foods on there.
Next, we were there almost 40 minutes before our food even showed up and the funny thing about it. That’s not even the food that was supposed to come first because they were supposed to be an appetizer that was supposed to show up first which it showed up 40 minutes after we got there And that should’ve been within the first 10 minutes or 15 I mean they don’t take that long to drop that stuff I spent 20 years in the food industry. I know how things work and it’s even more crazier that most of the staff are new. They’re still doing the same old BS that’s been going on for 6 or 7 years. And whether I’m gone a year or three years every time I come back it’s still the same problem. People don’t wanna work management. Don’t wanna manage and chill is . Keeps wanting to over overcharging. I mean, if it hadn’t been for my wife wanting to be OK with putting the appetizer in a to go box I wouldn’t gonna take it because that is disrespectful when you make sure everyone else got theirs, but you wanna come to mine last and the place wasn’t even busy. I could see if they were slammed they wouldn’t There was maybe 10 tables in the whole restaurant but management standing at the front door yapping her gums nonchalant. I used to would say something to the manager, but it had been 7-8 years. Nothing changes. So I don’t even waste my breath anymore. I just don’t come back and this is pretty much the last time I will come back just ain’t worth the money anymore. Ain’t worth the time ain’t worth a headache, but I will say this much at least the food was hot this time last few times it was room temperature

We decided to go to Chili’s the night before Mother’s Day, and it was a fantastic experience. I tried something new, and while there was a small issue with my meal, the staff went above and beyond to make it right. They were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. My kids and I had a wonderful dinner, and I left feeling genuinely appreciated as a guest. Thanks, Chili’s, for turning a minor hiccup into a memorable night!

Dined in with my daughter on 12/19/25. She likes to get the Cajun pasta. We waited almost 1 hour for the food to arrive to our table & when it did the pasta was just buttered noodles with chicken. Plain. We are used to it be loaded with white sauce as it used to be so yummy. They served my daughter plain noodles. When sent back & they brought the same dry noodles but had thrown a little sauce on top. My chicken tenders that I ordered tossed in sauce came plain and cooked so hard. I sent bk because it was also incorrect they just came bk out with the same tenders and the sauce on the side to dip them in and poured some ontop of the tenders. Everyone around us was complaining or sending their food back, the waiters seemed exhausted. Whoever was cooking in that kitchen is failing miserably. I will not return as I have given Chili’s in Mobile quite a few opportunities and their food has flopped but this time was horrible. Wasted money.

This location is evidentially under renovation as the sign on the door stated. Going in, we understood it may take awhile. But, we waited 15 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant. Next we got seated finally and placed our order once our drinks came back. With 2 kids we ordered quickly since it was dinner time. 30 minutes later, my son starts asking where his food was. It finally came out after 30 minutes. I usually do not leave reviews, but when you order chicken tenders, mac n cheese, and french fries, there is no need for it to take this long. The kids mac n cheese was cold as well. I’d recommend not stopping into this Chili’s and carrying on right down the road.

Everything was great, I got the 3 for me and was excellent. Tried the new Nashville hot sauce on the fried cheese and it was so good as long as you like spicy. Service was excellent and food was cooked perfect, what more can you ask for. I would go back

Cheese pull on the fresh mozzarella squares is insane and delicious! Great burgers. It’s not a steak place what so ever I don’t recommend them there but everything else is pretty awesome! Our waiter was really attentive and nice. Three of us plus took home food for my grandfather and husband. So 5 people in total.

We decided on Chili’s because TYPICALLY (obviously only in other towns!!) the restaurant is reliable for good food offerings. However, this location in Mobile, AL is the poorest excuse for a Chili’s representation I have ever experienced. Going to the drive-thru at Krystal’s would have been a better option. While our server was good, the restaurant was out of more menu items than they had in stock. No ribs. No mozzarella sticks. No marinara. No southwest eggrolls, and the list was too extensive to list everything else. Whoever the GM of this location is should be replaced IMMEDIATELY with someone who knows how to run a restaurant. If you don’t have the funds to operate a restaurant effectively keeping in stock the menu items then close the restaurant. We will be crossing this Chili’s location off of our list and will share our experience if anyone ever suggests this location.

Party of 5 came to eat at 5pm on 11/28. Waited about 10 mins after sitting down for our waitress to come say hello and get our drink order. The sodas tasted like the machine was out of syrup. We ordered an appetizer and our food and then waited about 25 mins before having to track down our waitress to ask for the appetizer (which was chips and queso). She brought it out and the queso was ice
Cold. Couldn’t find her to ask for warm queso so had to track someone else down who brought us a half full bowl of warm queso and said that was all they had warm. Our food came out and was good, no issues there. We asked for drink refills and it took about 10-15 mins to get them, and when we did get them they were wrong drinks. Waitress only came to check on us one time and wasn’t very attentive at all. Expect better when you spend $100 on dinner….

Horrible experience. We waited 45 mins for a sprite and a kids drink. Our server had three tables, she greeted all three tables at one time. took 15 mins to get drinks. Manager visted another table and we had to get his attention as well. The server took all three tables order at the same time, assuming she put them all in at the same time. We waited 1 hour and 15 mins, and watched four tables that came in after us be served, apps and food. There was absolutely no reason we should have had to walk out with our child upset she didn’t get to eat. Chicken tenders, a quesadilla and a kids cheese pizza a simple order took entirely too long to watch other people get their food that came in 30-45 mons after us.
