Popped in for a hang-out while I was getting my tires rotated, so I decided to grab a quick bite to eat. The restaurant & restrooms were clean just like last time. I asked to sit where I wanted, so I could watch the status of my vehicle; they were very accommodating. I ordered dinner this time instead of just appetizers. I was pretty specific with the details of how I wanted the meal prepared. They nailed it. Now I’ve heard the comments that Chili’s is just bar food, but I feel it is a bit more elevated than just that. Come see for yourself.

Dwayne gave our family one of the best restaurant experiences we have had in a long time. Service moved fast, food arrived hot, and every detail stayed on point from start to finish.
Dwayne checked on the table at the right times and kept drinks filled without us asking. He stayed friendly, professional, and focused even during a busy rush. Our kids felt welcome and the whole table stayed comfortable the entire meal.
Great service changes the entire experience. Dwayne set the standard tonight. If you visit this Chili’s, ask for him. You will leave happy.

I haven’t been to this Chili’s in a long time. I ordered to go! Very pleased And delicious. Love that 2 go Bag!! Very stylish. I’ll be going back soon just to get another 2 Go Chili Bag. LOL !!
On the 3 items special meal, I really enjoyed the hamburger very nice. I enjoyed the whole meal, but the hamburger was VERY delicious and filling.. It filled outside the bun. : ) I RECEIVED FREE CHIPS AND SALSA, From a reward perk I had in my account. That was a nice surprise!
I also noticed the restaurant was clean. Walking through the door to pick up my food. It passed my nose test.

Went to Stuart Chili’s the other day. had a really good salad with chicken in it… I really enjoyed it but the water needs more filtration… I got water and a soda and it didn’t taste good. But the food was excellent

Love this restaurant so much!!! The food is great and atmosphere is always so fun! My son has Autism and going out to restaurants is not always easy, but the staff is so caring and always make him feel so welcome. He knows everyone’s name and they always come by our table to say Hi. The service is just amazing and they always have a smile on their face , Management is always on the floor helping staff and making sure you had a good experience. Can’t say enough good things!

I love chili’s but this is probably the worst one yet. We get there we had to wait 15 minutes to get a seat. Doesn’t seem long but when the restaurant has only 5 tables sat in the while restaurant, you just have to ask why. The server was friendly and told us they were down 1 server. It takes 7 servers to wait on 5 tables? The food runner brought out our drinks, are appetizer and dinner. Not sure who was our server at this point. We seen our sever and another server running around like they has 20 tables each. The food runner literally did everything. Our server did however fill up our drinks, thank God I was getting worried. The appetizer (queso) took 15 minutes to come out, had to remind them we ordered egg rolls too. After we got our appetizer the food runner brought out our food and the well let’s see. My parents food was horrible, salad was small even though a large was ordered. My mother ordered chicken fajitas and got chicken quesadilla. Now this is honest mistake however they rushed her fajitas and the chicken was rubber like. My food was fine, however they ran out of ranch or why did I get a sample of ranch. Asked for more never got any. As the servers ran around like there was a 100 tables just sat. We did manage to get a hold of the manager. He did take care of most of our bill and was very friendly. Last thing was the bathrooms were dirty and so was the silverware.
The good part was everyone was super friendly, no one was rude in anyway. The server could have been new so can’t blame him but it was just a bunch of things.

Doordash sent me to pick up an order 5 minutes after they closed. I knocked so I could find out if they still had the food, or if it was already picked up. The staff walked by several times until one finally looked at me directly. He ignored me entirely and walked off. I had to call to find out what happened with the order. I started to explained myself, then the manager abruptly said there was no food left. I thanked him and complained about the service, and he promptly hung up on me. I will never visit this location again, and will make sure all my family and friends are aware that this company doesn’t care about their customers and contractors once they have your money.

I learned they no longer offer curb service by patiently waiting in my car thinking my food mustn’t be ready . Employee who just stared thru window at me could have motioned for me to come in.Just changing signs to “to go” didn’t convey they had changed their level of services. How about telling us when we place our order. Lost almost 25 minutes in pick up. So my $30. Steak order was cold. But steak was cooked to correct temp….till I had to reheat it at home. Just communicate Chili’s! Liked curbside cuz partially handicapped and don’t have to get small kids out of car seats to go in.
