I recently visited the Chili’s restaurant located in St. Cloud, FL and had an exceptional experience. Our server was outstanding – personable, intelligent, and provided the best service I have ever received while dining out. She anticipated our needs and was attentive without being overbearing. The restaurant was incredibly efficient, and our food was delivered quickly. I was thoroughly impressed by our server’s natural ability to read the room and provide excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. The team at Chili’s St. Cloud deserves praise for their hard work and dedication to providing exceptional service. Our server was very professional. Pretty sure he was management. He was bartenders, waiting tables, and asking staff members to start working. After leaving the restaurant we discovered a bunch of employees hanging out, smoking behind the building by the dumpsters. I ended up extremely ill after this! New employees may be a good idea.

The menu no longer has variety, and the quality of food has also tanked. The server was very nice, and was also working the bar, I had no complaints about it. Many items weren’t available, but that I can understand as being supply chain issues.

So I went here two weeks ago and it was 8:45pm and when we got there hostess was great greeted us took us right to table . Then we had our server and she wasn’t mean but she wasn’t nice either barely talked , didn’t greet us , didn’t check on us until we finished food. So when another server brought our food out a male I didn’t noticed that my bowl of soup bowl was dirty, then the plate it sat on was too, then it gets worse the spooon was full of chocolate molten cake . After that didn’t even eat packed everything up. I told another waiter and he just went whoa my bad and grabbed my spoon and changed it . Never going back again!
