I really want management to know how exceptional Amber was during our visit. From the moment we were seated, she was attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. She was extremely helpful with the menu, made great suggestions, and checked on us consistently without ever making us feel rushed or overlooked. Amber always had a smile on her face and created such a positive, relaxed atmosphere for our date night.
It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about her guests. Her attentiveness and warm attitude turned a regular dinner into a great experience. Employees like Amber are the reason people come back. I sincerely hope her manager recognizes and praises her for the outstanding job she does. Thank you, Amber, you were amazing!

Absolutely perfect! The burgers and chicken sandwich was delicious and it was all we could do to finish them. The chips and salsa and macaroni and cheese was awesome! This is the Chilis location on 50. Don’t judge them on the food and atmosphere at the Commercial Way location. Doesn’t hold a candle to the one on 50. Won’t go back there again after eating here! If you haven’t tried it, you should!

3.9 Stars, First time at Chili’s, food was above average, decent, pretty tasty. Service was great, quick on the ball friendly waiter. Overall it was ok, not my normal type restaurant but it worked.

This chilis location is decent inside went with my family to have lunch was greeted and sat by Kevin super sweet !!!! Are server name was Jen she seemed to have some type of attitude and didn’t really feel like she wanted to serve us she left us with empty drinks but passed by multiple times without offering refills there was another server I think named Brittney ? Super sweet we had her grab us refills we were gonna leave a complaint but management wasn’t available so here’s this review hope your servers get better attitudes overall food was decent and restaurant wasn’t to dirty but there could be improvements

It’s Chili’s. What else can you say? Food is consistent, drinks are always changing with the Marg of the month, always clean, solid menu with something for everyone.
Do I recommend every Chili’s across the US? No. Do I this one? Yup!

Edit: went for the new wicked drinks. Overall the food was decent, not amazing not bad it’s a chain. Service was good. Drinks were good also.
Edit: went back after a great lunch last time. Unfortunately this was the opposite. Food was ok, service was good but found 3 long curly black hairs. Neither myself nor my spouse have long black hairs. Informed the manager and was told he’d take 5$ off. FOR LONG COARSE HAIRS IN THE FRIES AND BURGER. Disgusting.
The restaurant is chilis, no themed or fun mom and pop place, corporate decorations and Tex mex as deemed appropriate by some guy in a suit. Food was surprisingly really good, not just the normal 6 out of 10 but actually 8-9 out of 10. Usually when you go to a chain like this you already know you’ll have an average to good meal with average to good service. The meal was amazing and the service was good. I was set to give it a 4 because it’s a chain but they deserve a 5.

I got the shrimp steak and chicken fajitas. they were really good as always. I even got the rice and beans without beans in it . which I didn’t know you could even do, that’s why I’m putting it in here so that if you didn’t know that you can get it without the black beans and you can just get the rice that was cool . I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because it was quite crowded and noisy. we actually had to sit at one of the tables by the bar, which I prefer not to do if I have a choice . great dinner, which is hard to find nowadays

We got 3-for-me (smash burger and chicken tenders meals). Service was amazing. Refills without asking, checking on us, etc. Food came out hot, tasted great. Tenders were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Buffalo ranch dip was a pleasant surprise.

The girl that served us served the bar n all the tables around the bar ans she was polite sweet kind fast 100% a pro..I wish I knew her name but really ..your lucky to have her work for your store ..she is a bar m! aid n seems to know everyone ..lol long hair in two braids today ..just adorable ! Just wonderful service …however girl at the door made me laugh …just stood there like a while the waitress that helped us was all alone n covered everyone. Lol

Last night my girlfriends and I were graciously served by the amazingly talented Miss Jolly. Our food came quickly, was prepared properly and was delicious. Miss Jolly not only exceeded in excellent service, she did it with a smile and a wonderful energy. Kudos to Chilis Brooksville!!!!
