Decided to stop at Chili’s Grill & Bar for some lunch we were seated and we proceeded to order chips with artichoke spinach dip the chips came right out within about 1 minute of ordering but the artichoke dip took over 25 minutes until I said something then it came right out but I explained to the waitress please don’t bring our meal until we’re done with her appetizer okay that’s fine she said she checked back with us we were all done I watched her walk over to the door opening motion to bring our meals and within 2 seconds Here Comes our meals so definitely they were under a heat light bread was hot and hard so you could definitely tell they were sitting under a heat light I ordered the grilled chicken bacon mayonnaise on the side mayonnaise was on the sandwich very greasy bacon was disgusting with taste the second thing we ordered were hamburger sliders burgers were over cooked buns were as hard as a rock from under the heat light no flavor and no onions within 20 minutes of leaving the establishment had an instant stomach ache running to the bathroom thanks Chili’s need not return here again!

This chili’s location must have the very worst management of all the chili’s in the country. We have been coming to this location for three years. I’m not sure if I’m half retarded for coming back over and over or if I’m hopeful it will change. Service is mediocre at best. Sometimes you get a decent server but mostly they are slow or have bad attitudes. And the food is hit or miss. We eat out a lot. And we love chili’s. This location is the worst we’ve ever been to. Three years running.

Had Appetizers – Pick three. Even late at night they were all fresh and delicious! The egg rolls were full of flavor with an dipping sauce! Yummy! I could not believe they were serving Mexican street corn! They did a good job! It was delicious! Our server was right on point! I had such a good time eating and visiting with my family that I forgot the photos!

Giving at least 2 stars because the hostess that seated us was a welcome greeting. The staff was pleasant and the food came fast. The wine was a nice serving size as well. We went at 2:30ish, so by no means a busy time. Many many available places to seat people. What didn’t sit right with us was, 3 larger groups with crying children, birthday celebrations, etc were seated RIGHT next to and behind us! The place was almost freaking empty and REALLY???? There was literally a toddler standing in her seat behind us standing between our shoulders facing us. I use to waitress so I understand that servers have “sections” but dang we had common sense provisions for that, especially in slower times. Also, we were a bit taken back when we were maybe half way through our meal (not even half way) and our waitress asked us if we needed a “to go box”. What???? Another thing that we found really shady is how we were offered chips and salsa as soon as we sat down. We said sure because literally the last 2 restaurants we went to gives you some complimentary chips and salsa. Well folks, we were charged for it. We didn’t “order it” or request it, it was offered! What a sly move however, you lost our business. Not cool! We didn’t say anything, we just paid our bill and are leaving the review that was earned. The meals were ok. Absolutely nothing that I am wanting to order again and most definitely did not stand out. I will say that we were impressed with the amount of shrimp we were given. It was a plentiful amount and that was nice. Way too high priced tho for what we ordered.

This is my new go to place. I go at least once a week in the bar area. I have never been disappointed with the service or food. Crystal, Ian and the staff work as a close team to provide fast friendly service. We typically have special food orders and they have never gotten it wrong. It’s amazing

The food was excellent. Sat at bar area service in that area was a little neglected. We had to wave down bartender when we needed something. The place is not very clean in this area. Everything was covered in dust and cobwebs. The place needs a refresher. Bathroom was usable but again needs a refresher. I would eat there again

when I go out to eat I want a pleasant atmosphere. We arrived around 12pm Restaurant was not packed . we were seated across from a table with 5 kids and a family. kids were smacking at each other beating silverware in table edge, and throwing food while parents did nothing. I asked about being seated elsewhere and was told the only other section was closed. We LOVE Chili’s and I think either the server should have moved us or a manager should have spoken to the parents. Even the server remarked and was sympathetic.
