I went in for dinner and it wasn’t too busy, which made for a really pleasant experience. My waiter was incredibly kind, polite, and thoughtful. I started with chips and salsa, which came out quickly, and he even asked if I wanted to snack for a bit before placing my order.
I ordered the Nashville Hot 5-crisper tenders with fries and white mac and cheese. Everything came out fresh, hot, and with great portion sizes. Throughout the meal, my waiter was very attentive—bringing extra napkins without me asking and checking if I wanted more ranch before I even thought to ask. It honestly felt like he knew exactly what I needed.
When I asked for a to-go box, he brought everything perfectly prepared: extra ranch, a to-go drink, the box, and a bag to carry it all. That level of attention really stood out to me.
I truly love this Chili’s in particular. The service alone keeps me coming back.

Good chips and refills. Crispy chicken sandwich was solid, and the white mac&cheese was good on a cold night. The side salads are smallish and could be better. Our sever was super and on top of everything. Prices are right.

We eat here quite often and this Chili’s is very consistently good. However, the last couple of times we have had Tyler as our server. If you eat at this restaurant you have to request his section. He is awesome at his job and we will request him every time we come. Tyler…keep of the great service.

My fiancé and I come to this chilis all the time, and usually things are great! However, today we went and everything started off good as usual. Service was on point and quick, food was delicious, and we were having a grand time. It all begins when the entire table was out of drinks, and it took at least 15 minutes for them to get refilled. Then we see the check. We were charged $2 extra for a 4 oz cup of ranch for our Nashville Hot mozzarella sticks THAT WE NEVER ASKED FOR! I didn’t mention anything and just paid for the bill, which was done before we received our deserts, leaving no tip as I planned to tip the server, Stephen, in cash. When our deserts came, I didn’t want to begin enjoying it until I got my drink refilled. Therefore I waited until Stephen came back around to catch his attention before here ignored our table once again, and asked him for a refill of my beverage. When he left, we saw him making faces of attitude before he turned the corner to refill my drink. Stephen, you need to check yourself and if you’re going to make faces, make sure you do so once you’re behind a wall and not in front of your customers. I still left my cash tip of over 20%, but the service we received was not at all worthy of it. I hope you rechecked yourself after you saw your tip and have a good night, Stephen.

Service was excellent, unfortunately the food was not. I ordered a 6 ounce steak and there was probably in total an ounce worth of meat on it and the rest was gristle; not to mention the steak appeared either old or had been heated up in the microwave to cook it. My cup of water had some type of debris in it. My wife ordered the chicken quesadillas and ended up getting very sick all through the night after eating them. The chips and salsa were great as well as the salad! Needless to say we will never set foot into another chillis again

This is the 3rd restaurant where we get stuck at a regular table being serviced by a bartender. Please restaurants stop doing this. Let them focus on the bar customers not an entire table and bar section. They are NOT giving the best customer service and I think we had to ask for drinks, not once did she come by to bring us any. I hate not tipping well but we weren’t happy with the service at all.

Every time we come in, we sit in the bar to get these loaded curly fries and they get better every time I swear.
Food and drinks always come out super fast and fresh.
