Chili’s is always a solid dine-in choice. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is always calm, it’s just always a good time. 10/10. My favorite is the Triple Dipper. This time I got it with Big Mouth Bites, Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers (⭐️), and Southwestern Eggrolls. I also had a frozen blackberry margarita for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. For dessert I had the Molten Chocolate Cake and it was a rich chocolate cake, I loved it! Definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to this chilis for decades and now I am very much disappointed. Got horrible hard cold and old food and called management the same night and was told I would be issued a full refund to my card. However the money was not refunded and the charge is done pending and it DID come out of my account and my account never got a refund. I sent in a complaint already through the website twice. I haven’t been contacted still. I would just simply like to have my refund for the food that did not get ate at all it was hard, cold and inedible. {also this is the blonde older manager and she said I would not be able to get better food then this the quality even if I came back that night would be the exact same} very unprofessional. I am in the food industry and an owner so if this is how you do business that’s a shame. This is not the chilis way!

So the food was really good. But the service was poor. Had the food not been so good they would not be getting 4 stars. They took long to come and wait us and after ordering out food and it arriving they never paid attention to us again. Did not ask if we wanted our drinks refilled or desserts.

I ordered medium well. This was not just well done it was burnt. It was the worst steaks I ever had. Its sad when companies dont care how their to go food is. Like oh its to go they cant bring it back etc. Im attaching pics. Just horrible. Also I asked for tea and they gave me lemonade.

Don’t usually do reviews BUT, I haven’t been to a Chili’s in over 2 years.
This Chili’s exceeded all expectations on every level.
I had the 1/2 rack and jalapeños sausage combo.
The ribs were absolutely perfect, not the overcooked fall off the bone but the tender bite to the bone and clean to the bone. Tender, very meaty and moist.
Thank you to the two young ladies at the bar that served us and the kitchen staff and managers that made it happen.
You certainly changed my opinion of the Chili’s of previous experiences.

The food was amazing except the meat in the fajitas was over cooked got steak,chicken & shrimp I really enjoy going there so that made me sad! However the margaritas were great! Our server did a wonderful job and was very attentive. I don’t know his name unfortunately! But hopefully next time I’ll be able to leave them a 5 star review.

This place is a hit or miss,
This location needs to be renovated as soon as possible the booths sits are all cracked it is a little tight in there as well the service was wonderful the drinks are very good as well the presidente margarita it is as good as always both flavors were fantastic watermelon and strawberry, the chip and salsa are delish warm with a wonderful dipping sauce, appetizer the triple dipper the sliders were a little on the undercook side which I don’t like, the mozzarella sticks were delightful with the hot honey sauce mind blowing combination, the egg roll fantastic as usual. Main dishes the fajitas were okay the meats were delicious charred from the grilled with the peppers and onions now the sides the blacks beans were awful, the yellow rice was not good at all hard and awfully taste. The lava cake never disappoints. The service was excellent we were sited next to a a big group it was so hard to have a conversation in our own table so loud and tight in there.

Isaac (manager) was so accommodating for our party of 14. They were an hour away from closing and he opened a section for us, our server Toni was also super kind! Had a super positive attitude, took our orders so swiftly, and had our food out so quickly. Thank you to the chefs who were working so hard with the influx of people from the volleyball tournament!
