Don’t know if it was because we were there 1&1/2 before closing. The floor wasn’t clean at all. Looking around you could see a good amount of paper on the floor in between the tables. The drinks which I didn’t take pics of were like drinking juice. The chips tasted stale and the chicken wings I took one bite and I was done. I’ve visited quite a few chilis because their drinks always has a kick to it and I think the food is pretty good .. but something was a bit off at this one. The staff was nice though.

Wait staff seamed eager to get us out and service was below average. Waited over 30min for food and when it arrived, my steak was not cooked medium…it was medium well, hardly any pink in the center and well done around the edges. I sent it back and was given an answer of “that’s how we cook our medium.” When they brought it back it was basically rare. Waiter offered to take the steak back again to have it cooked more but by that time, everyone else at the table had finished eating. We sat for another 10 min waiting for the manager, who never even came out to see what the problem was, to issue a refund on the steak. We were not ever offered a refill on drinks. Will not be going to this lacation again. As a side note…the mashed potatoes were good and the salad was great! That ended up being the only thing I was able to eat since my steak was not cooked correctly either time they tried!

The 3 for Me deal seemed like too good of a deal to not have a catch, so we asked the server what the catch was and he said there is none. It is exactly as it sounds. Each person can get a drink, a burger or chicken sandwich, and a soup, salad, or chips & salsa for $10.99. There are also some $14.99 and $16.99 options. We went with the $10.99 burger options, potato cheese soup, and flavored lemonades {strawberry, blackberry, or watermelon}. The burgers were excellent and so was the server {I believe his name was Jimmy}. What a great deal!

Jimmy was out server, he was great. Largest portion of steak fajitas I can recall at a Chili’s. Some of the reviews for this location were bad, we had no issues and enjoyed ourselves. Only complaint is 2 for 1 beers allows 2nd beer to get warm, but I will get over it.

We went on a Saturday morning at 11:15 am and were pleasantly surprised after some not-so-great experiences in the past. I enjoyed my half rack of ribs and at $12.19 for the entree with two sides included, it was pretty good value.

It’s pretty hard to disappoint me when it comes to dining out but this is one place I will never come back to. Saw my waitress three times: to take our drink order, to get our food order, and lastly to drop off the check. Ran out of drinks after the cheese curd appetizer that came out missing the sauce, and never got a refill until the check was dropped off. Food was OK, half came out hot and the other warm. Very dissatisfied save your time on this one.
