I haven’t been in a chili’s for years, the menu doesn’t excite me. I was having lunch with 2 ladies, we split a sampler appetizer and each had margaritas, they had the special, I dont like artificial flavoring so I opted for the high end one.
I was very surprised when the waitress in her late 30’s asked a 70 yr old, and 2 in their early 60’s for a i.d.
I found it to be a huge waste of time as well as rediculous. Now I know there are places that need to scan I’d for alcohol but when your carded by someone who could be your daughter/grand daughter it’s offensive. I realize the company makes them do it, do better chili’s, do better. I generously gave 4 stars but probably won’t return to a Chili’s by my choice.

Highly recommend visiting this location atleast once even if you’re not a Chilis’ fan. Ask for Jessica she’s been nothing but a blessing and is wonderful to be around, it’s a bonus to your night to have her as your server! This location specifically feels far more open and inviting and the crew adds to that experience.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with a phone call I had today regarding a bartender position your restaurant advertised on Indeed.
When I called, the first associate told me that Chili’s “does not hire bartenders” and that you “only move up from the bottom.” This was confusing since the position was actively advertised as open. I then asked to speak with a manager and had to wait on hold before finally being transferred.
When the manager got on the phone, I explained what had just occurred. He repeated the same statement and dismissed the job posting entirely. When I asked why Chili’s would advertise a bartender position if you are not willing to hire experienced bartenders, he accused me of interrupting him and abruptly ended the conversation by saying, “If you’re going to interrupt while trying to get a job, have a good day,” before hanging up.
This interaction was unprofessional, dismissive, and misleading. Advertising a position that you claim you do not hire for is false advertising, and the way I was spoken to was completely inappropriate for a management representative.
I have years of bartending experience and was calling in good faith about a legitimate job posting. Instead, I was treated rudely and spoken to as though I was wasting your time.
I would appreciate clarification as to whether Chili’s is actually hiring for bartender positions and whether this is how applicants are expected to be treated. At the very least, management at this location needs to be retrained on how to speak to potential employees professionally.

Usually LOVEEE it here, but today I ordered a triple dipper and I didn’t receive napkins or silverware. This is something that is typically included in any pickup order and yes I marked the check box to receive them. The bacon on my sliders was raw. Pink & floppy. I could smell it before I even opened the container & my mozzarella sticks were burnt. Will I eat here again? Hell yeah? Was I disappointed with my food today considering I spent $30 for raw bacon? Mmm yeah

Service was awesome, you could clearly see they’re understaffed but the workers that did show up were rockstars! Sophie and Robert both were kind and helpful. Less one star because my food was salty, I was able to remove most of the salt and enjoy my meal.

Ordered “to-go” shortly before noon time on a Sunday, received a text message that the order was ready and was prompted to go inside to pickup my order, sign just inside the door said to proceed to the bar for to go orders, stood at the bar for approx 5 minutes waiting on an employee to acknowledge my presence. I told them I was picking up a to go order to which I was directed to a shelf behind me with my order sitting on it in a bag. Opened the order immediately after getting back outside to my vehicle, there were no utensils included as requested, food was lukewarm at best and soggy. Up charge $1.75 for cheese and bacon bits on the 2 big mouth bites for 2 anemic pieces of cheese and less than a pinch of bacon bits. Prices are too high for mediocre food and sub par service.
