I don’t even know where to start with how bad my visit was!
We sat at the bar and the first thing we were told was that they are out of chips. Not what we went there for, but how are you out of your chips?
I ordered the BBQ pick two thinking they can’t mess that up. I had to spit out a piece of chicken because it wasn’t cooked all the way through. Next thing that was bad was the meat on the ribs was sooo dry it was hard to eat. Even the wet nap wasn’t wet! Haha
We didn’t think it could get worse. I haven’t had the dessert there in years, so I was looking forward to the Molten. The top wasn’t even hard to were is breaks an on top of that there was no lava in it!!
Not sure how chilli’s has fallen so far but they have. Even the liquor shelves looked like they needed to be restocked.

Don’t ever order delivery from this Chilis because what you receive is so sub-par it’s ridiculous. The pic is what I received for a sante fe crispers salad. This is what I got. Chilis salad pic shows a tepee of crispers stacked on top. That takes at least 4 crispers although it looks more like 5. I got two tiny pieces of chicken. I will never order from them again

We have always loved Chilis, no matter which location we visit. It’s a comfortable spot with consistent food and a warm atmosphere. We recently moved down the street to this location, and we’ve been a few times. Great location, plentiful parking, perfect lighting, ample seating, great food, and good service.
However, tonight, we had the pleasure of being served by Jasmine. Personable, attentive, and impressively proactive with refills on chips and drinks. As a retired server, I love feeling taken care of without being a burden.
Corey the manager came by after to ask how everything was, and that also just topped off the whole experience. Chilis is stepping things up! We’re so happy to live next to this location

Me and my family had a very pleasant experience visiting this restaurant today. The food had great flavor, was well-seasoned, and the portion sizes were perfect for all the dishes we ordered. Everything we tried tasted fresh and well-prepared, which made the whole meal really enjoyable. The customer service was also very cordial—especially our server, Michelle, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made a noticeable difference in our visit.
We had to wait about 10 minutes when we arrived, but it was definitely worth it once we were seated. Despite the restaurant being completely full, the food was served surprisingly fast and the overall atmosphere felt warm and inviting. It’s clear that the staff works hard to deliver a great dining experience even during busy hours. We would happily come back and recommend this place to others.

We went here on Sunday with a party of 15 for a birthday celebration and they did AMAZING. They got a table ready for us very quickly with no hesitation. I would also like to give major props to our server, she handled our table like it was nothing. She was constantly refreshing drinks/chips/salsa and making sure we were taken care of. Food came out quickly and it was all delicious!!! Thank you Chilis team for making my sons birthday dinner a good one!!!

Food quality was in the pits for my meal. Individual portion size for the Southwest Egg Rolls was terrible. I’m not sure they could make them any smaller. Also, undercooked and thus, very doughy. Enchilada soup was so salty I could hardly eat it, and I like salty food. Flavor also a zero. Both are items I used to love at Chili’s. My friends’ meals were fine. Our server was outstanding!

Food and service was about as good as you would expect from a Chili’s. What I don’t understand is how you can walk in and see at least 10 empty booths and the hostess tells you, with a straight face, that there’s a 45 minute wait. The only reason I could see was that there looked to be only one waitress working the entire non-bar dining area. This was during dinner time on a Saturday night.

Went there yesterday for lunch with my mom and sister in law.
We were quoted with a 15 to 20 min wait which was fine because it was busy!!!!
It only took about 10 min to get seated which was pleasant surprise considering how busy it was!!
Our service was great and so was our meals.
Huge compliment to the staff on s great meal fast accurate and delicious food. Kudos!!!

We go to a lot of Chilis locations from Sarasota all the way to the Orlando area. This location is by far the best we have been to. Servers and staff were awesome! Super friendly, fast and efficient! Food was fresh and cooked perfectly, even my kids tenders were juicy and not dried out like other locations. My daughter who is overly picky ate everything and said it was good. Not sure why this one has 3.9 star rating, it should be higher. If you get Arik hands down best server!! He was literally the best part of the visit!! Whatever this store manager is doing great job, others should take note. This was also on a Saturday evening at a busy time.

Delughtful experience. We were immediately greeted and seated by a very friendly hostess. Our server was helpful with the menu, attentive and quite pleasant.
The chips and salsa, devine.
We ordered two burgers and frys so thats the only menu item I can speak to but they were borh cooked as requested and quite flavorful. They were generous in size as well. I did get broccoli, too. It was well prepared, not soggy/not underdone.
We will definitely return soon.
