I arrived at this place before anything got too busy. There wasn’t hardly anybody in here. And I was told there was a 15 to 20 minute wait. Kind of disappointing. But I got in finally. It did take a while for the food to arrive, wasn’t too crazy about that. But the food was on point. All in all not a bad place.

Ordered on door dash last night and i have horrible stomach cramping today. They also got my order wrong. I ordered the southwest chicken egg roll and they gave me some type of slimy spinach roll, I didn’t know it at first so I ate the first half thinking they just accidentally put too much greens but nope, completely wrong roll and it messed up my stomach. Boneless wings and mini sandwiches were good otherwise.

Very disappointed in management. The restaurant was empty yet they kept 40 people waiting for tables. Worse than that, the manager on duty left the hostess staff clueless as to why. I asked to see the manager. The manner did not come out to talk to all the people waiting. Instead he sent a still uniformed hostess to say they are expecting large parties and the kitchen cannot handle it.

Let me tell you Chillis has done a major turn and is now our favorite restaurant to go to locally. They never ever complain when we bring our little shih tzu and the servers are very happy and accommodating. A big shout out to Jason, great server, always smiling and looks after us every time. The burgers are 5 star, probably the best I’ve ever tasted ( after my mother’s ofcourse) my wife swears by the fajitas and the salsa amd the chocolate cake with one cream e have first each time t go, delicious !! To sum up chillis is fantastic, the food is incredible and the ambiance is relaxed and pleasant, we go around once a week to eat there. Way to go guys !

Decent meal. 5 minute wait wasn’t bad. Portions were small on salad and about half a bowl of salsa. $5.95 for chips and salsa should earn a full bowl! Server was nice and attentive. I had the Big Mouth chicken sandwich and wished it had more “secret sauce.” Cole slaw I got was about half filled, but tasty. Server offered drink refills which we appreciated. All and all, better than my last Chili’s experience so I’ll return.

Management here is a huge joke. Plenty of seats and still at least a 30 minute wait. Lack of servers. Probably with better management there would be more servers. Was told one time that the manager is all about himself and will bark off commands instead of helping out. Visiting a friend in palmetto and that’s the only reason I come here. I would much rather go to the one in lakewood ranch. Better everything there.

Was surprisingly pretty good for lunch. With the lunch special got out of there for only $25 including tip. Had the boneless Buffalo Wings and Salad… which was pretty small. James our server was great!
