the service was amazing, seated immediately (group of 8), drinks and apps were out super quick. our server Kebet was an absolute star, so friendly and polite, really attentive without being overbearing, and very helpful.

I ordered my food through Door dash. It had been a long day, so I was hungry and craving the sliders that I had a tried on a previous visit to Chillis. Order showed up at my house, the bag was never sealed to begin with. #1! Then I realized one of the buns had been smooshed, so I pick up the bun and realize the beef patty had a bite taken out of it. More than likely a child bc it was rather a small bite, #2! Then I realized my Mac’n’Cheese was still hot while by sliders were dead cold, #3!
After analyzing the situation, it dawns on me that Chillis served me the food off someone else plate. So I requested a refund and called Chillis. I spoke to the manager on duty and explained to her the situation which she denied then hung the phone up on me. Her name is Melissa and she refused to believe that the order i received left her restaurant like that before she hung up instead of treating this seriously bc this is a major health concern for her customers, especially the “To Go” customers like myself. It just amazes me that she wasn’t concerned if in fact it was someone on her crew, unless she was the one who did it! That’s what I think to be honest at this point and Chillis corporate needs to take a serious look at this bc my health ain’t some game for them to be playing with! Neither is my money!!!!

As a business owner myself you know when you have phenomenal service. WILL our server was absolutely above and beyond. My wife and I were so happy and he made us feel welcomed. He knew the menu by heart and recommended his favorites. I can not say anything bad about our experience. Very pleased. God job to Will our server. Keep up the great work.

I ordered a burger with no cheese cause I can’t eat cheese. I get home with the food and that request wasn’t honored and I couldn’t eat it. I provided feedback online to resolve the issue and all I got is I’m sorry this happened, thank you come again. It’s disappointing. At least the fries were good

Chili’s as a whole has been on an upward trend lately, however this one is like the old Chili’s and should be avoided. Starting with extremely long wait times, cold food, and mixed service, it was not something we choose to repeat. We sat for 10 minutes before we got our drink order in, the waiter was extremely nice appologetic, and courteous, just nothing came out remotely hot or on time. They brought us chips saying it would be a second to put our order in and to enjoy. Great start! At least for the inconvenience. However after another 10 or 15 minutes we finally put in our appetizer and entree orders. The appetizer was the skillet queso (finally back). Sadly they brought it out and no chips which were gone before the queso arrived. Fast forward to our Entrees, which took a while to come out as well (I think the kitchen had them covered, but service didnt bring them out), came out barely warm at all. We ate what we could tolerate, paid and left. We wont be back! Hopefully they get the service staff back on par. Like I said the server was super nice and courteous, I think its just the service management and a skeleton crew of servers. The manager would pop in and out, but every time seemed to miss on each thing she tried to do causing the server to do even more. Just confusion and chaos currently.

Excellent as always. 3 for me, is the best deal in fast casual dining. We sat at the bar as usual. The waiter/bartender was excellent, competent and extremely professional as we have experienced at all of the Chilis we have dined at the past year.

Had dinner with the bigger part of my family. About 4 adults and a handful of kids. The environment was very welcoming and the server (Richard) was and absolute delight the entire night. Very attentive and helpful. We had some roudy kids with us and he handled the stress very professionally and with a smile! The food was warm and out in a timely fashion. The ladies enjoyed some margaritas, which they loved. Overall an amazing experience. Will visit again soon.

Thankful to Kebet for the wonderful experience. First time at Chili’s and it was for a high school graduation celebration and we couldn’t have asked for a better waiter. The gentlemen even gave my family a tiny container once we mentioned some of the food is for our pup. God bless and we will be back for the next celebration!

Disgusted with the incompetence and lack of urgency this establishment has in fulfilling orders. I work at Amazon. I have 30 minutes for break. I ordered carry out. It was a $25 salad with salmon. That’s not a cheap salad. I arrived and received the message that my order was ready to be picked up. When I got inside the girl behind the counter said someone must have took my order off of the shelf. She just looked at me. Blankly. I said I have half an hour so can we get this going or what? The manager said oh ya it’s probably the door dashers taking the wrong food. Not my problem Chilis! Get your crap together! You totally screwed me out of my break and the extra 20 minutes taken out of my pay for clocking back in late. Unacceptable. Do. Better.

Excellent first-time visitors to this Chili’s in Davenport, right around the corner from our home. We got takeout. Food was great, generous portions for the price. Ready in minutes. Still hot when I picked it up. Staff was friendly and very helpful. In and out in seconds. Hilarious signage in the parking lot, the to-go spaces noted that violators vehicles would be crushed and melted, thought that was a nice touch of levity. Would visit again.
