We first walked in to be greeted by a very kind gentleman who got us seated right away. He mentioned all the typical specials that Chili’s offers for its guests. In the empty Chili’s where there was a bartender on the other side happily treating her guests at the bar, we had to wait about 7 minutes in an empty section for a server to finally greet us. On top of getting our drinks and orders in right away, it took about 15 minutes SINCE walking in the door to get our lemon water and Arnold palmer. The food was good, very exceptional and the manager Lucas was very helpful. I won’t name the server because I don’t want to put her specifically on blast here. Finally there was a hair on the mini molten lunch combo but at that point I had already paid and very graciously thanked Lucas for all of his hospitality since our own server can spare some time talking to her 3 coworkers and not get my gf and I each a single ranch and Santa Fe sauce. Bottom line is, food was good, service was bad.

It’s a great place to eat and our waiter was very attentive. It took a long time to get our food and they weren’t that busy. That was the only complaint. The waiter kept coming by with updates and refills while we waited, which was nice.

It was a nice dining with good food. However, food is not as good and delicious from the other place I have been to. Service is okay. Overall, I would say my first visit from this place back in 2007 is much better experienced than the present.

Casual Sunday looking to enjoy one of my favorite restaurants. There’s two of us and we get there to find the dining room less than half full. It takes about 5 minutes for the hostess to greet us. She tells us there’s a 15-20 minute wait despite there being no one there. We put our name in and after 25 minutes I went back up to see how much longer. Couldn’t find the hostess so we left. Glad we did bc it’s been 45 minutes and I still haven’t gotten the text that the table is ready

Chili’s is just an average mid-grade restaurant. The food is ok, I am never too impressed but I’m not ever disappointed, as I continue to return 🙂 They do have very good drink specials. Happy hour specials in the bar all day every day and every month they offer a margarita of the month! March was the Jameson Margarita – very enjoyable. Resembled a traditional margarita however, didn’t have that tequila burn/ bite. April’s margarita is the cherry blossom margarita – very sweet and fruity. I cannot pinpoint the specific flavors but it was tasty! I would order both again, given the opportunity. The wait staff is well trained and knowledgeable. During peak hours you WILL wait. The servers are attentive and get to you as soon as possible, while addressing the table with a greeting even if it’ll be a moment before receiving service. The decor is nothing to write home about.

We have gone to this location (U.S. 19 at Park Place) twice in the last month or so, and both times we were told that we would have to wait 10-20 minutes to be seated, although the restaurant was only half full. We were told they were trying to get food out and we would have to wait. We were not even offered a seat at the bar, where we could have ordered a drink and waited while seated. Both times, we left the restaurant and drove across the parking lot to Applebee’s, where we were promptly seated. We had other couples leave once we left as they could jot believe what they were told on a wait time.

Had a good rating but I revoke it. Last pick up order they forgot my 4$ extra cheese fries and told me it’d be easier to send me a gift card never sent it. This time my entire meal was raw the steak the veggies the fries were cold and they forgot my queso dip which was an extra 4$ it’s be one thing if it were a regular free cup of salsa but I literally paid extra just like the fries. never come here again
