I went out to dinner with my family tonight and had Jolee as our server. She was SO sweet—literally one of the best servers at this location. She was very attentive, and the service we received was exceptional. I will definitely return, especially if I get Jolee as our waitress again!

I always have a great experience at this restaurant. I normally go to see my
Doctor once a month and pick up my prescriptions. Both of those on the same day, in the same shopping plaza. This chili’s (being in the same plaza) is always where I stop in between. Considering there’s all of Largo malls worth of restaurants to eat at that says a lot, because I am incredibly picky when it comes to places to eat based on quality of the food and care for the customer’s overall experience in their establishment. This chili’s gets 2 thumbs up from me every time i eat at this Chili’s location. Great food, great service, great people. I will always be coming back.

me and my best friend come to this chilis all the time, very great service and employees are very friendly. our only complaint is that we have had dirty water cups on multiple occasions while dining, and have to ask for new cups everytime because there is stuff (food particles or food stuck to the inside of the cup) inside and it does ruin our experience just a bit.

Great Service, food came out quickly and perfect hot temperature!!! Excellent cooked burger, along with the fries being seasoned perfectly and crispy! Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas were also made excellent!! Hats off to the kitchen staff doing an excellent job with the food and the server bringing it out efficiently!! Keep up the great work!!! Recommend this location!!

The absolute best restaurant in the Largo Mall area. The Managers and employees are extremely professional, very customer service friendly and very accommodating. The sweet hostess was very friendly and helpful too. The burgers are amazing and so are desserts. Download the app for their deals.

I go to this chilis all the time, the staff are amazing and so good at their job. I just did an online delivery order and some things got messed up so I called and the girl who was working the online order area was so helpful and understanding, not frustrated which I appreciate a lot! I hope her manager sees this! Thank you for being understanding, I love this chilis so much!!!

Burger was juicy and had great flavor, cooked to my request, bottom bun disappeared before I finished it. Great beverage selection including some specialty drinks.

1-27-2026 Our server Shana soon after we had sat down came and introduced herself. Usually in the first 10 seconds one can get a good idea as to the diligence and care of the server. Yep! Shana was fantastic! Every request by our party was handled PERFECTLY and her helpers were very good! On small detail missed…NOT HER OMISSION as she noted my request (extra onions on my salad) on her pad. The salad came almost immediately and, to me, her helper overlooked the extra onions on his screen/board. Anyway, all else was terrific and we will look for Shana for our next visit!
