12-2 update: Caydee my server was awesome again. She’s attentive, quick and serves hot food. Hopefully the management of the restaurant recognizes her for being a huge asset to the business.
I’m at a friend for the $10.99 burger lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service. The french fries were hot and delicious, unlike at the Largo Mall Chili’s, where the fries tasted like rotted cardboard. The very sweet redhead bartender doubled as server and was on her game, delivering the hot fries and proactively refilling drinks.

We just left Chili’s Grill & Bar tonight and I genuinely had to come on here immediately to leave a review because our server, Caydee, was absolutely incredible.
From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and so kind. She checked on us consistently without ever being overbearing, made sure everything was perfect, and had such a positive, welcoming energy that completely made our night.
What truly stood out, though, was her generosity and heart. She went so far above and beyond anything we could have expected, and it honestly meant more to us than she probably realizes. It wasn’t just great service — it was genuine compassion and humanity.
In a world where people are quick to complain, I just want to say this: she is a rare gem. Chili’s Grill & Bar is lucky to have someone like her representing them. If you get her as your server, you are in the BEST hands.

Since I had such a terrible experience at Culver’s, I had to go try to find a different place to eat. It has been a while since I have been to chili. I heard that they had some great specials going on so I decided to try them again.
I went straight to the bar and sat down and was greeted by a very nice bartender. She was busy but made sure I got the menu.
The menu is had a lot of items on it. The great thing about Chilis is that they offer a lot of mix and match so you have a lot of options to create your own meals.
They have had a 3 for $10 deal. Really you should call it 4 for $10. It comes with a small salad, a soda, a 1/4, and a side dish.
The runners came out quickly with the food and it was hot. The burger was tasty and the fries were crispy. The bartender made sure my drink was refilled.
When it was time to pay, it felt strange. I haven’t paid for a full meal for $10 in a long time. I would have paid $20 at wouldn’t have enjoyed it.
For a limited time with the special, I recommend you come and grab a burger and in a friendly atmosphere.

My family went in to celebrate my aunts birthday and our server was the rudest girl I’ve ever encountered. Purposely didn’t bother to check on us AT ALL but would repeatedly check other WHITE tables around us. We asked for the correct food item cus one of the items on our triple dipper was wrong and got eye rolled. I felt like we were 1000% not wanted there because we weren’t white. We were the only table there besides two guys directly behind us who she repeatedly checked on, made sure THEY were comfortable but couldn’t bother to be nice enough to get us refills or napkins. Honestly that lady is trash and she shouldn’t have been a server if she hates her job THAT much.

Emily is great! Best serving experience I’ve had at a restaurant chain. We actually left the Chilis on Enterprise because we sat there for 35 mins after getting our drinks with no service. I waved the server down after 15 minutes and she just looked at me and walked by. My wife and I will only come to this location from now on.

We stopped in later (8pm) after a long travel day and had burgers, fries and chips with salsa. I recommend asking for honey mustard with the fries, it was fantastic! Burgers were made perfectly to match our order an dthe fries were crispy as requested! Our server was quick and always on top of everything. The drinks came out very quickly after ordering. Just a great overall experience!

My burger is raw. Totally disgusting. Did not notice until I got home. It was a take out order. I order from here every week. First time that there was a problem. But it will be my last. I can drive a little farther for cooked food.

Haven’t been to Chili’s in a while but wanted to have some fajitas. Waiter was super nice, think his name was Kevin. All staff was great. Food was so fast coming out, I’ve never seen it that quick. All in all very pleased with this location and service. Only negative I could say was some but not all of the chips had to much salt. But, everything was great.

I am on a “Chili’s Kick” right now! I discovered the “3 For Me” where you get a sandwich like a cheeseburger or chicken sandwich, fries (or another side), cup of soup or salad then a drink! I always order the fried chicken sandwich (which is huge), mac-n-cheese (a little up-charge for this) for my side, a cup of cheesy potato soup and a Coke all for like $12.99! I also get tortilla chips and salsa for FREE too because I am a Chili’s rewards member. Anyone who is a member gets free chips and salsa! They have the best mac-n-cheese and cheesy potato soup that I have ever had. Our service is always excellent too. Parking is never a problem. I highly recommend this place!
