I love chilis as a comfort food go to. But we placed a curbside pickup order on May 24, I was so disappointed. I tipped $8.00 just for myself to park in the to go spot and get out my car after waiting 5 mins to get my food that was sitting on the shelf with no one present. Then the majority of the food was good except for my favorite street corn they usually make. It was burnt mainly and was disgusting to eat.

Our server, Tesha, was awesome!! She handled the busy crowd very well. The restaurant itself wasn’t very clean – the bathrooms were disgusting, and you can smell pee walking by the men’s.

The food was not good. Our server seemed annoyed Everytime we asked for something and then kept screwing it up. Then she messed up the bill. My $9 long island tasted like watered down coke. Frankly, it was ridiculous. I will never go back to that Chili’s!!

I’ve been to this location today 45 minutes and our food is not here and now I’m writing this review as I’m waiting at the restaurant alone after my party group left because the waiter took almost 10 minutes to apply my gift card.

It was a lot better than I thought it would be. Sorry, I feel that way with some chains, but not this one. The service was out of this world! They cooked my burger perfectly and it was a great value at a great price: 3 for $10.99.

Chips & salsa have always been the best feature and remains. Everything else is very overpriced while not that good at all outside maybe the chicken tenders. Service slow and inside seating always feels sticky and humid.
