Met me at Chili’s on December 26th…
EVERYTHING was perfect..
Between the food and the atmosphere.
Especially, the server.
Who was very SWEET and helpful…
I’ve ALWAYS loved Chili’s..
Because, their food is ALWAYS delicious and consistent…
I’ve NEVER had a bad meal there.
When my parents were alive.
We used to eat here often.
When they were in town visiting.
They also loved it too…

From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — you can tell they actually enjoy working there. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, and the overall service throughout the night was excellent.
The food was exactly what you expect from Chili’s: consistently. Plus, their happy hour deals until 6 PM are a real bonus — great prices on drinks and appetizers, and they didn’t skimp on quality during the happy hour rush either.
The only small downside was where we were seated — we got a booth in the bar area that was directly adjacent to the hostess stand. It ended up being a little distracting with the constant traffic and chatter from people coming in and out.
Overall, though, this Chili’s is a great spot if you’re looking for friendly service, reliably good food, and a casual atmosphere. Definitely a solid go-to for a casual dinner or drinks with friends.

The restaurant was super busy last night yet we were seated for 4 people right away and was waited on quickly. Ruby was our waitress and she was super friendly, kind, patient with us and extremely attentive. Something happened with our order in the system resulting in a delay-which was fine as we weren’t in a hurry. Ruby kept us informed on the status of our food and then the chef personally delivered our food and apologized for the delay. It was all prepared beautifully and hot. Great service from the time we walked in to the time we left! Kudos to the staff and management for superior customer service and great food!!!

I usually stay away from chains…. major reason is 90% of the time, the food is just met. And…. nothing has changed. The only reason I ordered from here was we were given a gift card that we held onto for over 3 months. Top it off…. we were lazy and no one wanted to cook. So…. we got the order to go. it wasn’t that bad and not that great either. Will it ever come here again? No…. food didn’t look good and tasted bland. You are better off spending your money elsewhere.

I don’t have high expectations for corporate places, but every time I eat here it’s amazing. Very friendly staff, the food is always correct and delicious, and the dining room is always clean and comfortable. Great job Chili’s!

Food and service from friendly server Mike was good. Noise level was terrible. Customers had to yell to each other because the music level was so loud. Our server Mike was very apologetic and said he had asked management to turn down volume with no response. We ate and left quickly!

Nice chain family style midprice pub. TVs in the bar. Decent food, decent prices, I find the service consistently good. This niche, suburban casual ding, is disappearing: Bennegins, TGIFriday, O’Charleys, Applebees, Ruby Tuesdays, Red Robin, Chilis, Hooters. Once ubiquitous… now fading.
