Chili’s never disappoints! Their burgers are absolutely the best—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection every single time. The cheese quesadillas are another favorite: perfectly melted, well-seasoned, and served hot and fresh. What truly elevates the experience is the service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always makes sure everything is just right. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and taken care of. The food comes out quickly, and the quality is consistently excellent. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or a relaxed meal, Chili’s delivers great taste and exceptional service. Highly recommended!

My mother and I made the absolute mistake of having our rendezvous here. Our waitress, the hostess seemed confused about most things and I had to explain several things to her. At the end I was dealing with the to-go crew after my experience with the hostess and feeling a bit neglected as I had to make eye contact with her to get her to come over to our table and take care of us in any form. Really though, who trained this girl? The worst part was is the manager and to-go waitress made the most ridiculous assumption (one I think is mostly fabricated since she promised me to go margaritas SEVERAL times to take home to my father who they could have easily confirmed with) that I was drunk past my means due to my notable awkward gait– that was embarassing. I wasn’t being loud, I could have drank my margarita there, but all of a sudden there were issues when it came to taking my dad’s specific order for over 15 years every time he goes but he also doesn’t make it out much due to medical reasons. I shouldn’t feel like I need to explain the medical reasons I ALWAYS have an awkward gait regardless of my sobriety to a restaurant manager and feel shamed for it. I have never felt discriminated against as a disabled person until today. FYI pictured is the single margarita each ma & I had + one shot of tequila (for cultural reasons) over a 2 hour span. They were okay with continuing to serve me there. It was ONLY when I got to the to go booth that they decided serving me would be an issue. I’ll be avoiding the chili’s I’ve going to since I was a little girl (25+ years) from here on.
PS unless you like hangovers I recommend the traditional house marg, these seasonal ones were a disappointment.

My first time at Chilis with my boyfriend. Our server was Isabel and she was so personable. She gave us a lot of explanations when we asked things about the menu and offered certain items to try. I had a great experience here with service, food, and atmosphere. I am planning to come back again!

My husband and I are regulars at the Citrus Park location and are never disappointed! Tasha in To-Go is phenomenal! Always smiling always professional, and always looking out for her customers. Tonight, she thought I made an error while ordering, because she knows me so well, that she actually called me to make sure my order was correct. I was blown away by how sweet of a gesture this was. I’ve never received that level of customer service before! 5 Stars! Thank you Tasha!

I’m a big fan of this chili restaurant! The $10.99 deal meal is a steal – the taco was flavorful and plentiful. But what really stood out was the exceptional service. Friendly, attentive, and prompt. I’ll definitely be back!

The person who took my order was a delight. Sadly the food was horrible. It’s many about 2 years since I have been to that citrus park location and the quality has dropped drastically yet the prices are higher. I understand the cost of food is up which is fine. But the food you gave me and my children was really cold and slimy and it went in the trash. This was last night by the way

I recently visited the Chili’s in Citrus Park for lunch with a friend — mainly for the chips and skillet queso, which has been a long-time favorite of ours. To our surprise, the skillet queso has been taken off the menu and replaced with the “Southwest Queso.” Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The new queso tasted artificial, like plastic with seasoning trying to cover it up.
To make matters worse, my friend ordered a Yuengling beer, but our server came back to say they were out and offered the light version instead. They brought the sample in a small black to-go sauce cup, which, as someone who works in the service industry, I found very unprofessional.
I also ordered a skinny margarita — the first one was great, but the second tasted completely different, almost like it was made by someone else. The inconsistency was frustrating.
On top of that, we weren’t able to pay through the kiosk, so we couldn’t leave a review or earn our rewards points for the visit, which was disappointing.
The only positive part of our experience was our server, who was friendly and attentive. However, overall, this visit was a letdown. I really hope Chili’s brings back the original skillet queso and works on the consistency and professionalism because this was unlike any experience I’ve had there before. I’d love to say I’ll be back, but at this point, I’m not so sure.

Our server was amazing. His name was Jesus. He was on top of everything. We never ran out of drinks or chips and salsa. He had an awesome additive and was so polite. If yo want exceptional service ask for him.
