I have been to this Chili’s dozens and dozens of times. I’m so glad this one is close to my house! I’ve never had a bad experience at Chili’s, but the one in Odessa sure seems a step above the rest. One of the managers Faith seems to make time to talk to every table and is very personable. Her staff seems to love her and they always do a great job. This last time we had Barbara for a server and she was outstanding. The food is always hot. The staff is always friendly. My friend was in town who owns a restaurant and we went to eat at this Chili’s and he was impressed of how well it was organized and how clean it was, and he even commented that Faith seemed like a exceptional manager, and he wished that she worked for him. Faith is a definite asset to Chili’s and deserves to be recognized for her above and beyond performance! Ron

Decided to finally stop today after living here for 5 years. We were wanting to try the 3 for 3 for $10.99. Wow..what a great deal. They were yummy and our server Derek was super nice and attentive. My husband drinks a lot of Ice Tea with his meal and Derek didn’t miss a chance to offer and bring him a refill. We will return sooner than 5 years lol

We will always go out of our way from Hudson to attend this Restaurant. We’re greeted with friendly staff everytime who make it feel they truly love their job. I dont know who is running this location right now , but they’re doing an awesome job at it. Its clean, friendly, inviting, and the food is great. Thank you! I cant remember our servers name tonight , but she was wearing a cute Christmas headband and had the best personality. She made us feel very invited and was in the best mood.

Sarah is phenomenal!!! Best server I’ve had in a really long time! Personality is by far the best, very friendly and welcoming and positive. The bartender is also on point. My drink never went more than halfway empty. 1 minute for drinks to arrive

The receptionist got an attitude when I told her that I didn’t want to be seated next to the bar with my young children. She then placed us just one row over, in close proximity to the bar when clearly there were seats available further away from the bar area. We arrived just before the dinner crowd, so plenty of seats were available.
The waitress was friendly and provided excellent service. The food was the normal Chili’s style food.

Every time time we come to this Chillis’s it is a perfect experience. The manager Baton is always friendly, accessible, and delightful to see. We have Barbara as a waitress the majority of the time we go and we absolutely love her cheery attitude and she is great at anticipating needs. The food is delicious but the employees make the experience!

Had a great time at Chili’s! The vibe is always chill and perfect for hanging out with friends or family. The menu has plenty of tasty options—loved the appetizers and the desserts (that molten chocolate cake is a must!).
My steak wasn’t cooked exactly how I like it, but the staff was super friendly and quick to offer a solution, which really made a difference. Great service goes a long way.
