I arrived at Chili’s around 9 PM and ordered the “3 for Me” with chips and dip and the Big Smasher Burger. The service was noticeably slow, with the appetizer taking about 30 minutes to arrive and the main course another 30 minutes.
When the burger finally came out, the kitchen had still not made the fries, which were brought out five minutes later. The burger itself was a huge letdown; it was undercooked and lacked the signature crust that the Big Smasher is known for.
My server was attentive, but it was clear the kitchen was struggling. While I’ll likely return to Chili’s in the future, it won’t be this location. The combination of slow service and poor food quality made for a disappointing experience.

We had a wonderful dinner tonight. She had Chicken quesadillas. I had the Chicken salad . We had the chips with the three different sauces. Plus some Sweet ice tea. It was busy tonight. But we found a nice booth. An enjoyable experience for us both. Our server tonight was Brian. He was very helpful with our dinner orders .

Our recent visit to chilies was a great experience with something for everyone. We ordered a variety of dishes, and every plate was delicious and well-prepared. I had the Cajun Chicken Pasta, which was flavorful without being overly spicy. The portion size was generous, making it a satisfying meal. My kids opted for the Chicken Crispers, and they absolutely loved them—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. For an appetizer, we started with triple dipper, which was a great choice. It was fresh, flavorful, and the perfect way to kick off our meal. My wife, who doesn’t eat meat, ordered the Bean Burger, and she was very impressed. She said it was definitely the best option for vegetarians, packed with flavor and cooked perfectly.
My parents decided to share the Skillet for Two, and they mentioned it was more than enough for both of them. The portion sizes here are definitely generous, making it a great spot for sharing meals.
Beyond the food, the service was excellent. Our waiter was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out hot and in a timely manner.
Overall, we had a fantastic meal. Whether you’re craving pasta, burgers, or a hearty skillet meal, this restaurant has something for everyone. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had the 3 for me Just Bacon Burger with fries and the Ultimate Cajun Pasta. The chicken enchilada soup with the 3 for me was a disappointment. Service was ok, we had to keep waiting for refills. The burger looked slapped together even the cheese was halfway on and halfway off the sandwich.

This is our first time at Chili’s. It is a pleasure experience. The food overall is good. Lydia, our server, is excellent. She’s really experience and understands our needs without too much communication.

We came in around 615 ish…3 adults 2 children, we were seated in the corner which usually don’t prefer corner seating. 90% of the time corner is worse service and last night kind of proved it. Daughter and I ordered the 3 for me, and wife ordered a pasta from a different page, and was rang up as the 3 for me which made the chips and salsa 7.50 which he said if we were members was free…. not explaining that it doesn’t work with the 3 for me. After ordered our main meal, I messaged someone so I had a time stamp… after receiving our main course was nearly 50 minutes later. I usually don’t complain much, but in this day in age with prices and how much my wife and I work to make sure our bills are paid and such (which for us is nearly an average of 50+ hours weekly lots of o.t.) we should have decent service. At one point it was 25 minutes between him seeing us at the table personally. Last visit months ago was afternoon and service was great. Thank you.

Tried to place a to-go order and they said they ran out of PATTIES for burgers… I am a server for two full time-restaurants so hospitality is the most important thing to me. But for clearly some people, they shouldn’t be in restaurants and need to be better at their customer service skills (coming from a WAITRESS). What bothered me the most is, is that the to go order girl was very rude through the phone with an attitude while picking up the phone and talking to me. She mentioned they ran out of patties and i said oh okay and she rudely said yup. Maybe we should hire different people for placing these to-go orders with better mannerism because she doesn’t fit the job description unfortunately.

If you want a mediocre experience, this place is for you. Pretty much every Chili’s has a pretty decent quality, and it serves well here. The place was crowded, although our service was pretty good.
The food itself is the best thing about Chili’s. I enjoyed by chicken bacon ranch quesadillas very well. I also enjoyed the sliders and the egg rolls. Overall, an enjoyable experience, but there’s better options out there.

Service with vanessa was excellent. Atmosphere was good but for someone with high blood pressure the food was a stroke on a plate. The food was so salty that you could wipe the salt off with a napkin and it turn the napkin a yellowish color and my lips are blistered from the salt. Definitely would not come back to this location.
