Hi, basically I asked for a 10 Oz. Sirloin and this is what I got. It was cooked how I asked. The taste was great, and the service was also very good, but instead of a 10 Oz. Stake, I got about 5 ounces. The manager was sent to look at my conncern; to which he stated that they are provided with the meat already weighted. That it was the correct size for it. He also asked me if I wanted a scale to weight the peace of meat. I said I knew what 10 ounces of meat should weight or look like. He did not do anything to correct their mistake and acted as if I was wrong all along. I think that is false advertisement. 10 ounces should be twice the size of what I was served. I’m still very disappointed. I would not visit that chili’s branch again.

It’s been a minute since we came to this location in Weston.
While we glanced at the drink menu, the frozen red sangria jumped out of the page! This is my new favorite drink now. It’s a tropical smoothie 2.0!
My BBQ brisket burger with cheddar cheese, pickles, and coleslaw was superb! And the others really liked their chicken quesadillas and Cajun pasta with chicken & shrimp, Alfredo sauce, chile spices, Parmesan cheese, tomatoes, and green onions.
The service was great! Our server was patient, even with all the other customers she was taking care of. It was a memorable experience and we look forward to going back.

Went there at noon on a Friday. The place was not packed and was a plus. The server was very attentive and the food was brought quite fast. We had the chicken strips with fries and Mac and cheese and bacon burger. They were pretty good!

Well, as a foodie, l have never really come.to.expect “high” quality from.Chili’s. But sometimes you stop where it’s convenient at the time. So was this location. Pretty empty except for a few scanty tables and it was a tad after 4. No.problem.getting seated. Asked for ADA special seating as far away from others as possible. That was granted but shortly after our meals arrived, a party of 10 with about 4 kids arrived and was sat right next to us; the same exact seating we asked not to have.
Appetizer was ok. I am guessing they no longer bring chips to the table? We were given none. Maybe that’s a thing of the past. Triple was a bust for both. Ribs was a corner edge, obviously warmed up from its nap. The jalapeño sausage pieces never met jalapeño and were cold. Fries were overdone. Waiter was very attentive at least. It’s a shame. Why not ask for it to be redone your thought? It’s all precooked, rewarmed food for thw.moat part and time was of the essence.

This Chili’s is by far my favorite. The servers are always so helpful and patient. The food is always super delicious, but I wouldn’t recommend the quesdillas as they never turn out right. Very clean place and the wait is never long. The Cajun pasta is my favorite!! One of the best menu items.
