This was my first time at a chilis and honestly it did not disappoint! Started off with the triple dipper, because you gotta get the triple dipper when you go and it was delicious. We also got the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and big smash burger and it was a 10/10. Safe to say I will be going back to chilis!!!

Austin was a very attentive and nice server.
I had the chicken salad with a lot of rice… A little tóo much for me didn’t eat it all., would’ve liked more lettuce. But it was tasty and a bit spicy and good size chicken breast piece.
My husband liked his ribs with fries .. huge portion of meat and crispy fries..
Huge menu lots of variety

We had a great experience today! We sat in the bar area and Damien was our server. Got 2 beers the triple dipper and the smokehouse chose 3. Half rack if ribs, chicken bacon ranch and brisket quesadillas. Thr brisket quesadillas were spicy which i didn’t expect.

Our server forgot to bring us a lot of items like our chips, our drinks took a long while to the point where we were done with our food and the last items we got were the beer and margaritas we’d ordered while still eating. The restaurant was not that full so I think it may just be a speed of service issue but that being said, everything was tasty, our server was really nice and personable and the menu has a lot of great new options since the last time I visited. They have a great array of lunch specials too. This location is just north of Aventura Mall in the plaza with the Total Wine.

I did not take any images…I simply recorded my meal as it arrived. The fajita trio, with the whole roasted and grilled jalapeño, is first level! I washed it down with an ice cold Modelo from the draft. Do not sleep on the fajitas at Chilis! Come and get ya some! Staff were fantastic and treated us like royalty! I will definitely be coming back! Listen to the sizzle, then make your way down to Chilis!

Visited Chili’s just for dessert and had the molten cake with ice cream. It was warm, rich, and hit the mark. Service was good. A simple, worthwhile stop.

I had a pretty unpleasant experience at Chili’s that honestly made me question their food handling standards. I went with a friend and we ordered an appetizer. The server brought something out, and since it looked fine and we assumed it was ours, we started eating it. About halfway through — after we had already been dipping chips into the chili and sauces — the waitress came back and told us that the appetizer actually wasn’t ours and asked if we wanted to keep it or if she should take it back.
We told her she could take it, but that’s when it got really concerning. If they were willing to take back food that had clearly already been eaten from and double-dipped, what were they planning to do with it? Was another table going to get the same dish with just fresh sauces added? The whole situation felt pretty gross and unsanitary.
Mistakes happen, but food that’s already been at a table should never even be considered to go back out to someone else. That alone made the experience uncomfortable enough that I wouldn’t recommend this location.
