The food was absolutely amazing! The portions were generous! The beef was tender and juicy! The staff were lively, cheerful, talkative, and friendly! I’ll definitely choose this restaurant again for my next gathering.

Chili’s— I filled out the FAQ form last week and haven’t received a response. I received a confirmation chilis received my form, but no response.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chili’s— And I’ve had some pretty bad experiences here over the years. I was brought a cup with lipstick still on it (they got me a new cup once I brought it to their attention).
Then, my “smash burger” was just a regular burger. When I bit into it, I felt something weird and realized they cooked a piece of plastic into it.
I ended up with the most terrible stomachache ever.
When you use your Chili’s account, you get free chips and salsa with your purchase. However, I was told that my purchases didn’t qualify (I got a 3 for me and two beverages).
The Wicked drink we ordered also didn’t come as advertised. My bill was over $40, and knowing that I could’ve gone to a decent restaurant without eating plastic or someone else’s lipstick for that money was disappointing.
I reached out to Chili’s through their website last week and did not receive a response.
I don’t recommend this location.
I attached photos of the lipstick stained soda water and the plastic in my burger.

Danny is by far the best bartender at the counter. Everytime I come to Miami this Chili’s Is A MUST! Danny always meets customer expectations and it’s the very best bartender server in Chili’s for years. And one of the reasons I keep coming back.

I am not one to write negative reviews, but I am sick and tired of having to either get in an incorrect order or have missing items when I order food to pick up. On my recent order from 3/7/26, I got white cheddar mac & cheese instead of mash potatoes and the skillet beef queso instead of the Southwestern queso. It is always the same group of female employees who mess up the orders. Please do better on checking orders and be more respectful to your customers.

I ordered a 9×13 tray meant to feed 4 people, and it arrived half empty. The portion was nowhere near what was advertised you can even see the bottom of the tray not enough We had to go somewhere else to buy more lunch. When I brought it up, the manager told me he made the tray himself and that the portions were “good,” but that was simply not true.
I regularly eat at other Chili’s locations and I know what their catering trays are supposed to look like. This was not it at all. Very disappointing, misleading, and not worth the price. I won’t be ordering from this location again unless they fix their portion sizes and customer service.

We love Chilis! Overall we had a great experience. We were seated quickly, and my daughter loved the tablet on the table. We enjoyed boneless wings, fajitas, Mac and cheese and washed it down with margaritas.

My wife and I both ordered big smasher burgers. They were fantastic. They have a choose 3 special that ranges from 10-18 dollars that lets you pick a drink, an appetizer and an entree – decent enough deal. The lemonade, did not taste good… but strawberry lemonade was okay. Overall good experience, and the server checked in on us several times.

Usually come to this Chili’s because the food is always delicious and they are quick. This time we came in around 1pm and the waitress had an attitude (machine103, could not get her name).
What are the odds, come here at least once a month and first time we had to deal with this. We will give other locations a try, perhaps they have better customer service.

The bartender, a disgusting woman in her 30s was very impolite, , rude, careless, discriminated against who did not seem to have any respect for her job. If I were the manager I would fire her because she does not seem suitable for that type of job. She did even know that the first thing to in a restaurant is to place the silverware and be nice to the customers.. Definitively, I am not coming back, horrible service, and very expensive for what you eat.

I had come to this location before and left 5 starts. Now im editing my past review because coming back here has been completely disappointing and different from the first time. When i sat the waitress made me switch tables 3 times and even already ordering she kept asking to switch tables and at that point i was just hungry i didn’t care where to sit I just don’t want to keep moving. Food here is always great. I absolutely love the secret sauce burger and their corn cob is fire! Food wise i do recommend this place very much and i love almost everything in their menu and i like their deals. Drinks were a different story, the drinks were so bad we had to leave them , Bloody Mary was bordering disgusting and it was not worth the price. I also ordered a margarita that was pure ice and i get that margaritas here are cheap but is not a hard drink to make im not asking for a good tequila just a tastable one , if you need to make the glass shorter do it but please don’t sell ice. I do recommend this place to eat. I don’t recommend this place to drink. Ambiance was on point with the right vibes and there wasn’t a wait line which is common for this business Im leaving 2 starts because there’s no classification for drinks. Even tho the food was great the drinks were so bad that obfuscated everything else
