Where to start, our chips and salsa, the chips looked like someone had dripped a vat of oil all over them, my sons burger looked the same and like if it was smushed to death and the floors were super dirty in the women’s bathroom, like if it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Not coming to his location again. Our server was really nice though so I’ll give you that one star because of her.

Is amazing how this place went down the drain, used to be good, I ordered ultimate cajun pasta and was the most disgusting stuff that ever someone put it my table, absolutely gross, send it back, ordered a burger and was even worse, extremely fatty, dripping oil everywhere and the french fries were transparent of how much oil it had, i couldn’t eat it, still they charge me for it after complaining and sending it back. never agin i will come back.

The hostess seated us very quickly. The waiter was rude. 1 of the 3 meals were brought out, not by our waiter.. We waited a while then asked a different waiter if he would check on the meals. Our waiter never came to our table to ask how the 1 meal was or to say anything about the missing meals. After 30 minutes a person in our group got up and asked where the food was..another 10 minutes it came out. Again our waiter didn’t bring it out. He never stopped by our table to see if everything was OK or if we needed anything else. The food was very good the service from the one waiter was Terrible. After we received the check it had an extra charge for a cake. We never ordered a cake. We went to the manager who was very helpful. Again this coward of a server never came over. He was standing by the bar on the other side of the restaurant. He didn’t even come to us and apologize for his terrible service and attitude. He definitely needs a lot of training.

It wasn’t bad nor excellent. We ordered chips and salsa with extra guacamole and the guacamole came when almost all the chips were gone. The rest of the appetizers came at the same time as the main courses. Food was meh . I’ve been to that specific location before and it used to be better. It is like no one cares too much. So, sorry Chili’s but this location needs a closer eye. Because although it’s not super expensive it’s not cheap either, so…you can get better.

This was the worst experience at a Chilis I have ever had. We waited for over 30 minutes for our server to come to our table to order after we got there and then the server was busy chit chatting with her co-workers so I waived her over to our table after waiting 30 minutes for her to come to our table so I could ask for boxes and put in a to go order and I clearly interrupted her conversation because she was aggravated when she came back to the table. She never once came back to our table to ask us if we needed refills or if our meal was ok and she had an attitude when we did have the chance to ask for anything. She would walk away shaking her head. I finally had enough and asked for the manager who came over and apologized but then tried to say the server was having a bad day and as we were talking to the manager the server came back over and started getting an attitude with us as the manager was there and the manager had to turn the server around and make her leave the table. The food was cold and the salsa was runny. We were charged for chips and salsa when we were sitting in the bar area and I have never been charged for that at the bar before. It was a horrible experience all around. Will never return!! It wasn’t even that busy of a night.
