Stopped by for a quick cocktail in between flights! Sat at the bar andLuis was exceptional. Our drinks the Presidente & Patron Margaritas hit exactly the way they were intended to! Will definitely be back when returning from vacation!

Terrible experience and won’t be eating at a Chili’s for years, if ever. The automatic service charge is 18%, so our waitress didn’t get a tip as I refused to be give out 38% in tips/fees. The service charge wasn’t told to us until we ordered.

We ordered the food on our phones, but we accidentally added too much so we had to ask the waitress who then had to get the food to be taken off.

Next, when the salads came, we didn’t get any silverware and had to wait 3 minutes to get some (my wife had to ask for it). When it came, the waitress gave us *PLASTIC* forks (no knives). We both had protein on our salads so it was tricky eating it without cutting it. I decided to bite off bite size chunks.

The fries my wife ordered were missed initially and came when we were done with the salads. The fries were basic/ no seasoning. The waitress never apologized for the missed order nor took them off our bill.

The waitress never asked if we needed anything or how the food was. I could have used more ranch but the server took back a second cup so I only got one.

Wife loved her chicken sandwich where mine was lacking in flavor. Fries were ok, drinks were great. Love the decor and open space…hard to find that in most airports.

They took 30 minutes to serve a FROZEN Molten Lava cake, Worst service ever – the staff is standing there in a group of 3-4 (all staff) and talking to each other for literally 20-30 minutes and rudely answered to the questions asked by us as well as other customers. The tables (multiple) are vacant and unclean while people are waiting to be seated.

Worst experience ever!! We walked up place wasn’t busy we had and hour and 45mins till our flight boarded and it was right next to our gate. We were seated but when we asked for the half booth due to having carry ons he gave us an attitude and said that table was for 4 people not 2. But I seen plenty of others sitting at full booths only 2 people. We sat down he walked away no menu no drink order no instructions… we finally seen on the table there was a thing you scan it was covered by something and we didnt see it at first. We tried to order multiple times and it would not go through we tried to get the waiters attention and was completely ignored 35-40 mins later I finally got it to go through and got his attention and he said it didn’t go through I explained we have been here all this time and we don’t even have drinks you didnt even check to see if we needed help or had an issue… he was fine with all the other tables that spoke Spanish but I guess because my husband is white and we look American we didnt matter.. he finally said he would take our order and then walked about and was like 3 ft from the register in front of us an said oh it did go through….. mind you we are almost there an hour at this point no drinks nothing… so he brings my husband his lemonade finally and when I asked about my water which i paid $6 for (airport prices whatever)and a glass of ice he told me to just grab it off of the table next to us and he would bring me ice so these bottles that are just sitting on random tables I dont know if someone opened it and you just want me to grab it.. then he finally brings our food which was messed up and tasted awful. And the bill with a tip on it another spot to add a tip I can tell you he didnt even deserve what was on there and honestly if we weren’t delayed so much from all the issues I would have spoke to the manager my husband was sick the whole flight from the Mac and cheese thank god I didn’t eat it. And the receipt said scan the QR code we value your opinion but the QR code is cut off. They know it’s awful I have never felt so disrespected and discriminated in my life.

Would do zero if I could. Ordered an appetizer and grilled cheese. Had 35 minutes before boarding… 35 minutes later, still no food despite asking over and over and telling them we need to leave. Ended up charging back the order… never got food and had to leave. Can’t do an app in 30 minutes? SMH

Update below in response to the owner’s reply: Let me add some recommendations.

Set expectations upfront. Customers should be told realistic wait times before ordering. We were repeatedly told our order was “coming up right now,” only for nothing to happen. If appetizer wait times are running 35–45 minutes, that needs to be communicated in advance. In an airport, this matters a lot. Travelers have hard cutoff times, and in our case, we ultimately boarded a five-hour flight without eating after spending that time waiting on this order.

Improve communication and empathy. When we asked for a status update, the staff member at the front appeared visibly annoyed. Asking for an update is reasonable when a flight departure is pending. There was no sense of urgency or understanding of the situation, which made the experience more frustrating.

Be mindful of customer perception. Multiple customers were standing around waiting on orders while staff in the kitchen appeared to be laughing and joking. Seeing that while waiting, especially when time is tight gives the impression that delays are not being taken seriously. Acknowledging stressed customers and showing awareness would go a long way toward improving the experience.

Service was ok. Waitress was wonderful. Hostess refused to help with a simple request while our waitress was busy.
18% service charge. Was going to refuse to pay as I know for a fact that nobody on staff actually gets this. And there is no notification on menu or anywhere else about this charge. Management scam. Asked to see the manager. Waitress went to get him/her. Said they’ll be out in a minute. 10 minutes and two waitress trips, still no manager. Wait staff is great, management incompetent and ownership cheating people. Ended up tipping waitress cash.

You order/pay for your food from an app, servers are no where to be found when you need something.

We needed more water so I walked up to the bartender for a refill.
She scooped my used cup into the ice bin for more ice before refilling with water.
Didn’t even toss the used iced that was in the cup.
This is absolutely disgusting.

As others have shared, food takes awhile. I wouldn’t risk if you have a short time to grab food.

The 18% tip built in was also a little disappointing considering you order for yourself on the app and didn’t see a server again once our food arrived. Had to flag down someone when needed anything.

Bartender took 15 minutes to acknowledge me, I was the only one at the bar. Food was good though. I normally wouldn’t write a review but felt the need to after I was illegally charged an automatic 18% on the check. Again, this is not legal. I asked them to remove it and they said they can not. This is a large chain, serving hundreds daily, and they are openly and illegally adding tips. I’m wondering if it is even actually going to the wait staff. Avoid at all cost!
