Ordered the Chipotle Fresh Mex Bowl for takeout. What I got looked nothing like the photo. It was soaking in chipotle sauce making it so spicy and inedible. It was described as a drizzle but there wasn’t a corner not covered is hot sauce.

We had a wonderful family happy hour at Chili’s tonight. The appetizers were absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What truly made the experience special was Erika’s service. She went far beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy, always attentive, friendly, and professional. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to customer satisfaction. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I want to update my review because I have spoken to the general manager and he made things right. While my initial experience wasn’t great, the way it was handled afterward really mattered to me. He listened, took responsibility, and fixed the issue. I truly appreciate the effort and professionalism, and because of that I would be willing to give this restaurant another chance.

Food was ok. I had gotten the buffalo chicken sandwich which was not horrible but way to much hot sauce. The whole sandwich was dripping and that’s all I could taste. I come from buffalo and it was way to much for me. A little goes a long way when using hot sauce.

What can I say? I didn’t have a good experience the last time I visited a Chili’s in another location . To be honest, apart from the food, the quality of service was excellent. Our waiter, Robert, was extremely helpful and attentive. He was truly charismatic and committed to his work. This kind of service is rare, and it really made a good impression on me, both in terms of the restaurant and the service! Robert, my respects to you! Keep up the good work and continue to make a difference!

We travel a lot and always try to find a Chilis. We have not found any that compare to this one and mostly because of the great service we get every single time from Jeanna . She answers any questions we have , she’s on top of getting our food right and takes care of multiple guests with the same great attention. The facility is always clean and relaxing to just simply enjoy yourself in . We know good staff is hard to find but this Chilis has the best . Good job Jeanna !

I’m a creature of habit so I order the same thing (chicken tenders, macaroni, salsa and chips, margaritas -lol) and while I love the food, I come for Kerry! She’s awesome! She knows my number by heart (to enter for my chips) remembers my order (not hard – and I have gotten the delicious ribs and salad at her recommendation), she will literally place my order when she sees me park (because I’m on my lunch break and always in a hurry), she has great conversation, and makes the absolute best spicy margarita! Kerry makes coming to Chili’s feel like stopping by a friend’s house and they just so happen to have cooked just what you wanted.
