We ordered three for me take-out. The wait is short. We got the smashed burger and rice, baked potato soup which I upgraded to a bowl and a mango iced tea. Food is absolutely delicious. There’s a separate entrance for to-go so it’s very convenient. The price is incredible, only 10.99 plus $1 soup upgrade. The staff are very welcoming. I went back the second time for same stuff with fries instead of rice and watermelon iced tea. Equally delicious. Five stars.

Overall, pretty bad experience. 1 star because my order was correct and another because this place is within walking distance of the hotel we stayed at.
I waited a while trying to place an order. Several servers walked by or flat out ignored me. I saw them place my food on the counter behind the register when it was ready. So I asked a server walking by to hand it to me bc 1. I was in a bit of a hurry because my baby was getting fussy and 2. I didn’t want to be rude and walk behind the counter. The server I spoke with lied and said it wasn’t paid for (it was, bc I placed the order at the counter) and then refused to give me my order. So I sat there until the server that placed my order walked by and handed me my food. All she did was shrug and say “Idk why they said that, it has your name on it.”
All in all, my food was cold, the chicken tenders were stringy and far too salty, and the dessert I ordered tasted off. The food was also far too expensive for what you get (quality and portions).
The servers here have poor customer service skills and poor attitudes. I would not visit this location again.

Our family likes Chili’s, my husband especially likes the eggrolls and he likes these. I got the guacamole which was good. We were with family and they liked their food as well.
They gave us some chips and salsa to go since we also ordered some food to go for my mother-in-law who was with the kids.
We were seated quickly and the ambiance was normal for chili’s, relaxing and we were able to chat as well.

I had an awesome experience at Chili’s! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Triple Dipper — it’s easily one of the best appetizers around. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. It’s great being able to mix and match options, and every bite was amazing.
What really made the visit stand out though was the incredible service from Ellisa. She was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. She made sure our drinks stayed full, checked on us regularly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Service like that truly makes a difference and makes you want to come back.
Between the fantastic food and Ellisa’s outstanding customer service, this was a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend stopping by Chili’s and definitely ask for Ellisa if you can!

We loved our visit to Chili’s! I haven’t been here in over a decade and was excited to get a triple dipper. It was great! My favorite was the burger bites. Chips and salsa was very good. Thank you! Great service. Great food. Great vibe.

We had an excellent dinner. There was no wait time for a party of two. The burgers were juicy and seasoned perfectly. The appetizer trio was beyond delicious. Definitely Recommend the mozzarella sticks (really it’s more like a loaf of mozzarella goodness that needs to be experienced!), the egg rolls were good (the beans inside were a weird texture, but it tastes good), the glazed chicken fingers were good.

We were staying in a nearby Disney Springs are hotel and drove here for a quick dinner. Although crowded, we were seated immediately. Our server was there to welcome us and get drink orders for our family. She helped guide us on options for ordering to split a larger meal for our kids as well. Food came quickly and was hot and flavorful. Great experience, we would return again if in the area, and would definitely recommend.
