Order a grilled chicken salad for lunch $17. This is what i was served. Questioned the server about it, she took it back to the kitchen to ask the manager about it. She returned and told me that this is the way it is served. Chicken was dry and rubbery, is it even chicken? Only white parts of iceberg lettuce, which is turned black, same with the guacamole. I noticed that the manager came out behind me and looked from a distance but never came to the table. This restaurant is an absolute disaster in every aspect. Total waste of space!!

The waitress was fine first of all she was sweet, I think her name was Jessica.
The seats had crumbs when we sit down, bathroom was not the cleanest.
Menu has items taken away (not just this location).
Food was not very good.
Whole place just seemed old and relatively not clean and just holding on.

So I ordered my usual pasta and waited for a while. They came out and said That I should order something else, but the Alfredo sauce was not good so I ordered something else and that took a while and so I sat there for a longest time. But then they came out and went above and beyond. They actually gave me the pasta and took it off my check and then let me keep the extra order I did so they literally went above and beyond to make me happy even though I had to wait I was very impressed how they handled everything. I highly recommend coming to this one. My waitress is the best I’ve seen top-notch.

I am absolutely disgusted at how this Chili’s basically treated me.
So, to start, the place wasn’t at all busy. The parking lot had plenty of spaces, so it wasn’t because they were backed up with orders. Even so, there were probably like…two big-ish families at tables, so that made it a bit less about it being crowded. That being said…why did it take 7-8 minutes to get a server to ask what I am getting for a drink?
Next, 5-6 minutes passed to even get said drink and then order my food, which just made me start questioning what was going on. I was looking around, and everything seemed fine on other people’s tables, so I was confused.
After that, I had to wait almost 30 minutes to get all of my food. All the while seeing everyone else get served and waited on in a timely manner. At this point, I couldn’t even eat, and it’s not like what I ordered was any good either. The chicken and steak fajitas I had were mediocre at best. I could have done better at home.
To end off, I also want to mention that the staff oddly stared at me as well on multiple occasions. I have no idea why, and it really made me feel uncomfortable. Did they just not like who I am or something? I am a paying customer, for heaven’s sake. Heck, I am probably one of the nicest people you can talk to, but I will NOT stand for being treated like I am second rate.
I will not be returning to this Chili’s again, regardless of what changes here. Absolutely shameful, and embarrassing.

I came here with my club and let me say, the service was great!! Our servers were so nice and accommodating and got everything out in a timely manner, I wish I got their names. The food was tasty and well done. I’d definitely come here again, 10/10 highly recommend.

We were the first few tables after 11am. Food was hot. The lady who served us at the far right side of the restaurant was nice up until she saw us pay, never came back, she hid in the kitchen. We waited for boxes and a lid for the sauce for the crisper. Never came back to our table, walked passed us many times. Ha!!! We went to the bar area/hostess where the lady standing there was nice to give us a lid and bag and held the door open for us to leave, we should have tipped her instead of our server. If we ever come back to dine here, I’ll make sure to see first who will serve us before sitting and ordering.

When I got here and arrived, the waitress said it was going to be a 10 minute wait I have been here over 10 minutes and still don’t have a table. It is 3:07 in the afternoon they said they only have one bartender and one waitress! My question is this is a place of business and you are open why do you not have enough workers? Why is it that I have to wait in an empty restaurant over 10 minutes to get a table? The camera for this time today March 13 through the restaurant and you will see most of it was empty. The majority of the people were only in the bar area! I am leaving this corporate office will take a vase of action and do better. This is ridiculous when you’re in a big city like Orlando running a business, and you cannot have a business to be ran in this mannerism! Customer Service and being somebody that has previously worked as a manager and the food industry I would never have had my customers waiting this long when my restaurant is empty! It doesn’t matter if you only have two servers, I would have at least seated them at the table, gave them menu’s! If I leave a 0 stars review, I would!
