We went to have dinner and the hostess said a 15min wait no problem. Then we noticed that people were walking in and they were sitting them down without hesitation. Horrible horrible service and we have been coming here for quite a few years even when they closed down For over a year and reopened and we still came here. Now we felt discriminated. Then on top of that the hostess said the kitchen is backed up. Not good at all. Manager better rise to the expectations and managed correctly and hire correctly. Thank you

The food was great. I really do love Chili’s, and it is one of my go to spots. The atmosphere was just as nice as it usually is. However, the service was not the best this time. The bartender (I wish I could remember her name) seemed to have an attitude, and I am not sure why. Maybe she was stressed or not having a good day. It could even be me, I am not sure. But I did notice that she was very pleasant with other guests, so I am a little confused about what the issue might have been.
That said, the food itself was excellent, and the overall environment was still enjoyable. I just wish the service had matched the rest of the experience.

This location is the best, hands down. I literally had good service from the moment I walked in. I have IBS, which is irritable bowel syndrome, and I have dietary restrictions. They literally had a gluten-free menu, and I was happy with the menu options; although it’s limited, it still was good. I got the ancho salmon. It was delicious. I love the broccoli and the salmon. The most. I totally recommend you guys go to this location. My server, Sarah, was very accommodating to my dietary restrictions, and she made sure she was in constant communication with the chefs in the back about what oil is being used and that nothing with gluten is in my food. I’m so happy with Sarah and her above-and-beyond customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Chili’s is always a great place to eat. This one is right off the main road, easy to get to. Clean inside and nice restrooms. It did seem they were short staffed but our server was terrific! Even with what’s going on, she came over a few times to see if we needed anything. The food, as usual, was really yummy! We had the fajita combo with black bean burger and chicken. The tortillas were hot. You won’t be disappointed if you go.

Excellent service at this Chilis location. Manager went out of his way to make sure we received our food EXACTLY the way we ordered it. And even had the cooks make us grilled onions for our fajitas because we didn’t want the bell pepper that is already mixed with them. The new expresso Martini is amazing. Our server, I wish I would have caught his name to mention him, because he was fantastic. Everything was perfect !!!

I had a run in with one of the managers named Rosie. She was very rude to her employee today very unprofessional and no customer service. I don’t know how she became a manager at this place. I truly liked coming here until I met her now I don’t know if me and my friends will be coming back.
