Ordered appetizers and main food right away together. Short wait and receive all food at once, on a Saturday evening as well. My waitress seemed like her day was long. Wasn’t very enthusiastic. I gave good energy, and nothing was given in return. The mozzarella sticks appetizer is the BEST mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had. I got the cajun pasta with chicken for my main dish, and it was very plain tasting, almost like ragu Alfredo out of the can. And it also was cold even for the short wait time. Cost wise for 2 people $70.

I always expect a wait at this place because honestly the food is worth it. Whenever there isn’t a wait, I am pleasantly surprised. Last time, I ordered buffalo wings and they were undercooked. I let the server know, and they advised they were tweaking settings in the fryer and they apologized. They fixed the wings and they were tasty as usual. The margaritas are also always delicious. I did have one experience where the server wasn’t really in a good mood but the food runner made up for it with her welcoming and helpful attitude. I’m glad to live near this Chili’s and it is a staple to our community. I recommend the sirloin cooked medium.

I made a 60$ plus to go order the other month and everything was perfect figured I could order again 60 plus including tip to go order I said well done for burgers got about 4 meals plus sides only 2 ketchups told them well done I broke the burgers in half this is what I got smh wish I could get a refund or something ♀️ also other burgers were pink as well besides 1 that was actually well done . I love chillis just hate that tonight was the night my food got messed up explained to the lady that I was ordering 45 mins ahead of my pick up time so I knew for sure everything wouldn’t be rushed.

I have reviewed several Chili’s in the central Florida area and I have had great meals at every single one. They are very consistent with their food and this one in Deltona was no exception. My daughter and I both got steak but different kinds and I tried hers and it was delicious just like mine was. Sides were cooked perfectly and we were on Happy Hour so we had 2 margaritas each and they were awesome too. Chips and salsa is always a favorite and they did not disappoint. Can’t go wrong with Chili’s.

Pretty gross with food, water and chips all over the floors and under our table. It was probably an off night… but our food took about 40 minutes to get. It was ok on the food and saved a star alongside friendly servers… but all and all I would most likely choose the DeLand Location over this one.

I’m a little disappointed by chili’s new menu I ordered a 3 for me had to pay an up charge for the crispers and I barely got a half serving of fries with my order, one slice of garlic bread which was also an up charge and what accounts to 3 pieces of chicken. Very disappointed.

I love ️ but we walked in to be seated and were not acknowledged even though 3 people were directly ahead of us at the bar. When we did get help she kept saying that the lady in the area was cut which made no sense as they seemed short handed. We left.

It wasn’t great or really even good. We were a party of 5 but our waitress didn’t seem to know what was going on with our order or our drinks. They didn’t seem to have enough staff either so I can’t blame her. My husband’s steak was good and my mom’s filet. But that was about it! Hope to see it improve because we love chili’s!

Chili’s! So the food is generally good to pretty good. Today I had the chicken crisper and while good I felt like they were a little under seasoned. The ranch and house BBQ dipping sauces were good. Mt wife had the boneless garlic parmesan wings and she felt they were a little too spicy. They definitely had a bit of a kick to them. For me, a bit. For someone who doesn’t handle heat they’re hot. Lol with that said, they were good.

Went to chilis for a pleasant evening of food and drinks. We arrived at approximately 6:10 pm. It was 5 of us and we attempted to sit at the bar area. Unfortunately, they could not accommodate us because we would take two tables and couldn’t put the tables together. So, they sat us in the main dining area in a large table. We placed our order for drinks and food. We were given our drinks and told our food would come out shortly. It was 6:50 and the waitress said our food would be out soon. At 7:15, we asked the waitress about our food. At this point, we had waited alittle over an hour. She said it was going to come out and took another table’s order. When she was done, we told her to cancel the order and requested a manager. After 10 minutes, the manager came and just said “the food is coming out”. We told him that we no longer wanted the food after waiting 75 minutes. The manager said “so you paying for the drinks” and walked away. He never expressed any type of concern about the situation in the least bit. Overall, the manager was very dismissive and lack the professionalism or qualities of an effective manager. Highly disappointed with the whole experience.
