We ordered food: a burger and salad for takeout. I asked for my burger to be medium well. I was told it won’t be pink. I asked, so no pink? Yes, no pink. My burger was bloody inside and not warm. The salad was over stuffed with lettuce, and 2 small pieces of chicken on top.
This was severely disappointing for the $40 it cost and time we waited. Better quality control, cooks knowing the right temps for food.

Soooo ordered 3 entries totaling nearly $70. Waited at the restaurant. Got home and cut into my steak… dry, brick! Not Medium!!!! The fries are plastic and cold like the mash! It’s egregious given the money.

Came in for a meal with my sister. Our server was sweet and attentive. Our food came out quickly. Everything tasted great! Cannot go wrong with the street corn. The mashed potatoes were a little cold but still tasted great. The sirloin I got was cooked to the perfect temperature. Christina was our server. I would come back and request her. Overall a great dining experience.

Never in my life have I been told that “you people” need to leave a restaurant until tonight at Chili’s in DeLand.
From the start, our dining experience was problematic. One burger was severely undercooked, another was overcooked, and the way the food was handled was unprofessional, you could literally hear the patty being slammed onto the plate. We returned the food to be remade, which should not have been an issue.
While waiting for our corrected meals, we watched multiple tables around us, who arrived after us, receive their food with no delay. Then, to make matters worse, my cousin noticed an extra charge on her bill and simply asked for it to be corrected.
Instead of handling the situation respectfully, the manager came to our table and told the entire group that we needed to leave. The manager was rude, dismissive, and the use of the phrase “you people” was offensive and racist.
This was humiliating, unnecessary, and completely unacceptable customer service. No one deserves to be treated that way.
I will never step foot in this Chili’s again, and I strongly encourage corporate to address the behavior and training of their staff immediately.

Nice afternoon, and my mom wanted to go to Chilis. Chips and salsa was the appetizer we chose because the chips are so light but crunchy. My mom ordered the fajita trio with chicken shrimp and steak. It came with the tortilla shells she thought were a little small. There was the add-ons and a cup of black beans. She really liked it. My daughter ordered the cajun chicken pasta, her favorite. Got the honey Chipotle chicken crispers. Had a little spice to it, but nothing too bad.

I cannot describe the pain i feel, most that come to this chilis described the waiter “john” as amazing, im sad to say he passed away three weeks ago and me and my family were regulars, he was the best, he knew our orders by heart, and worked till he couldnt, he was an amazing person and the staff i talked to were heartbroken, it was so sudden

Me an wife set down at 11:45 for lunch orderd two drinks a received them as expected, also chips/ salsa less than 2 minutes, ordered lunch at same time. So far so good. Got a side salad that was with my meal. So drinks gone, employees walk by both waiters a salad delivery guy.. During this time two other customers set down, so after 47 minutes of no food an no questions if we wanted anything, waitress walk by while we held up empty glass an she said, “waiting on your fries”.. The couple in front a behind us had their food, so at 12:53 we left. Worst service ever. Been going there for over five years, and this is end for us. Very disappointing.

Family of 4 and no one but the youngest was satisfied with the food. The food wasn’t horrible. The food was not hot and my tenders were just ok and nothing more. Its hard to enjoy chicken tenders cold and my son said his mac n cheese was cold. Great service from our waitress and the lady who brought our drinks. Both were very friendly. We went on a Wednesday evening so I didn’t expect anything regarding the atmosphere. For the price I paid for entrees, I know we could have got hot and better food from Texas Roadhouse. The service is what made me give 3 stars instead of 2.
