Haylee was absolutely phenomenal behind the bar. From the moment I sat down she was attentive, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. She made great drink recommendations, kept everything moving smoothly even when it got busy, and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, skill, and personality the way she does. If you get the chance to be served by Haylee, you’re in great hands. She’s a big reason I’ll be coming back.

The steak was so bad i could not swallow one bite. The mashed potatoes was cold and flavorless. The shrimp was subpar. The broccoli was raw. The service was slow. They forgot the French fries for my child’s order. What restaurant doesn’t have napkins at the table, we had to request napkins as to where they gave us a total of 5. With my experience here i understand why they’re so cheap with the napkins.

I’ve finally found it. The PERFECT CHILI’S! We started our evening with a classic triple dipper. #cheesepull! Then got the bbq ribs that were out of this world! Haylee was our bartender and we couldn’t have been put in better hands! She made the experience an 11/10! Can’t wait to go back to see our favorite bartender!

Haylee H. is a great bartender. My boyfriend and I are always happy to walk in and see it’s her working. She is very friendly and always makes sure our food is good. Sometimes it takes awhile for the kitchen to prepare. That would be my only complaint. THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS BEING SO SWEET!!!!

ordered a shrimp dish and it was served cold. I asked why and the waiter said he didn’t know. I don’t recommend this place.
And one more thing, the manager should have gone to the table and tried to resolve the problem, because I’ve been to other restaurants and the manager always goes around to the tables asking if everything is alright. I think he needs a little more training.

I stopped in with a friend for drinks and a light bite. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The bartender mixed tasty, potent drinks, and the service was quick and friendly. It wasn’t crowded at all, and we were seated right away. Perfect spot for a casual evening out!

I ordered the Big QP and requested for them to remove the mustard which didn’t happen. The burger had little flavor also. The frys were amazing and I also ordered Mac n cheese which was great though a very small serving of it. All in all food is 3 stars. Service is great food came out in around 13 minutes and our waiter was very polite, all in all service is 4 stars. Atmosphere was amazing too so 5 stars for that.

Excellent food. All three of us had a different entrée salad and all were hits. Lisa was an excellent server. Attentive and friendly. The restrooms, tables and floors were clean. Sports on the televisions and despite it being 3:00 in the afternoon, the bar was active. The bar area seating was loud. We seated away from the bar and could enjoy normal conversation.

since chilis re did there menu and started making REAL chicken strips I frequent them regularly.. The crestview florida location is unique for a weird reason smh but It has happened 9 times in a row at different times and days so im going with it happens regularly… The food quality is good at this location. The servers are nice and the team works well… However for whatever reason if you ask for like extra lemons or sauces or things on the side extra. even though they have a tablet that coordinates everything for some reason that stuff is always forgotten every single time.. I drink water with a bunch of lemon every time I order with a bunch of extra lemon.I have never once been brought a lemon since i’ve ate there nine times and counting.. and when I have asked for extra sauces like ranch et cetera et cetera, it seems to go in the tablet, but never come to the table.It’s always these things..
And last but not least the weirdest one of them all.I don’t know if it has something to do with the area.But every single time we have ate there, there is always a group of women that obviously don’t mean anything bad by this are lesbians.And they all looked angry.And they all give men dirty looks and it’s literally so noticeable that it makes you feel uncomfortable to the point where even mentioning it.In conversation and talking to the servers that work there, they even notice it themselves.And from what i’ve been told, those people are regulars there, but every time i’ve had it done, it’s been different people a lot of times I never even noticed but my girlfriend or the kids noticed… But the server is even talked to us on several occasions, so it’s definitely something that happens there.. Either way that’s my review
