We frequented this location fairly often when they did 2 for 1s, so needless to say we’ve had a variety of servers. Tonight my sister’s and my small families got together to do drinks, dinner, and a small gift exchange.
We sat down and were pleasantly greeted by McKayla J. She made our entire night! Not only was she the perfect amount of friendly, she was also incredibly attentive at the most perfect times! She completely anticipated our needs, and when I (and pretty much the rest of our crew) forgot to order ranch, she brought out a lovely ranch flower tower. 🙂 I always order extra lime with my Modelos fully expecting to never get them (because I never do), but was pleasantly surprised to find 3 on my beer glass. She also ensured that each refill had extra limes, without any prompts! Every single order was correct, drinks and food.
I watched her glide through the restaurant, tending to tables fluidly. She had an incredibly positive attitude and never once made us feel rushed or a bother for asking anything. Mckayla J. Is definitely a gem of a server and deserves recognition for the incredible experience she provided us tonight. We had a great meal and thoroughly enjoyed our time. She made everything so seamless. I rarely write reviews for servers, but when they exceed expectations, they deserve the extra attention. Thank you McKayla for making our small Christmas dinner magical.

We a party of two only. Waited more than 20 minutes to be seated. And there where tables and booths available. Once we where seated. Our server was terrible. Just went by 3 times asking if everything was OK. But, kept walking. The food was terrible as well as the service. Don’t recommend this Chili’s.

Our favorite Chili’s location on the Gulf Coast. When we relocated to Pensacola we needed to get some decent food. Always loved the food when we lived in Hawaii.
The lunch specials are fantastic and for starters we always get the Texas Cheese fries. Soup and salad were freshly made. The cheeseburgers were juicy and delicious.
The servers are always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our meal and will be coming back soon.

This was my second visit to this chilis and I won’t be coming back. My first visit a couple weeks ago, it took over an hr for our food to come out, and my boneless wings were room temp/cold. After my server took it off my bill, she was nowhere to be found and we had to get up to find another server to get boxes. My second visit, we waited almost 30 mins for one marg and it was filled halfway and the rim was only 1/4 coated with sugar. Another almost 30 mins go by, and arrives our food. I got the cajun chicken, and it was completely bland. Not to mention my toast was completely burnt on both sides. I asked my server if I could get a replacement one, and 10 mins later was brought out another burnt one :(. To be fair she asked if it was okay since it still looked burnt on both sides, but I was just kind of over it at that point and took it. We used a gift card and I wish we would’ve used it at the other chilis nearby.

We really enjoyed our dinner. The steak was perfectly cooked and juicy. The mashed potatoes were very delicious. Our waiter was attentive yet unobtrusive, for which we are grateful. The dining area had a cozy atmosphere. Several tables were occupied by groups of friends having a great time.
I would suggest adding orange juice to the menu, but even without it, our dinner was excellent.

Me and my wife went here, and we were met with the door being held by a very sweet young girl who had little chillis in her hair. I didn’t catch her name, but she mentioned she’s hoping to be promoted to a waitress, and me and my wife would love to be served by her one day. Our server Lola was amazing and she was very sweet and attentive. The only part of the night I did not enjoy was seeing the sweet girl with chillis in her hair and a coworker argue about something, however she seemed to deescalate the situation quickly but seemed upset. Despite that, she still had a smile on her face and wasn’t hesitant to grab us to-go boxes and a bag. Overall it was a great night and we will be back!

Got the 3 for me deal and they charged every item separately making my bill 17$ higher than it should’ve been. I did not notice and paid and my fiance caught it and went to get it fixed. They gave me a new receipt reflecting the new charges but the original amount was still charged off my card and I was also charged for a game I didn’t play. It’s the next day and I’m still jumping through hoops to get this corrected. Make sure you double check your bill before paying here because they will overcharge you.

I was not going to write this review but the more I thought about it, the more I thought I should. I went to eat dinner tonight with my family. We wanted to relax and enjoy a good meal. We ordered drinks and appetizer. The drinks and appetizer were delivered and the server started taking our order. While the server was still at our table taking our order, my salad came out. We had ordered 2 other salads as well but they didn’t come out. We had barely been able to start on the appetizer. Then my 6 year old grandson and 11 year old nieces food came out. The 11 year old had a salad with her food and it didn’t come out yet. We had to send back my grandsons chicken because it was pink but that was fine. After we asked about the salads, the other 2 salads came out, with my dinner coming immediately after. Then about 10 minutes later the other dinners. I’m not sure if the servers are sending orders in to the kitchen as soon as they take each order and that is why everything came out in steps. But that is not a relaxing meal. We would have liked to be able to enjoy our appetizer and salad before our main entree. When we asked why everything was coming out so fast, we were told it’s because it is so slow. I totally felt rushed and it was 5pm. Our server was great though. If the servers are sending good in to the kitchen as each person orders, please think about how you would feel if you went out to eat with your family and each person was being served separately. I am not one to complain, maybe because I have worked in the restaurant industry for many years but this is not how a family enjoys a night out.

My mom and I had a very disappointing experience at Chili’s today. Our server, Carleigh, was inattentive, rushed us, and often walked away while we were still speaking. We were never rude with her and were friendly from the beginning. With over 6 years of experience in the service industry, I know this level of service was unacceptable. Multiple times I had to physically turn around in my booth to speak/ask her a question because she was already running away from our table, while we were mid-sentence. Completely rude.
We never asked for a discount, yet one was added to our bill, which felt assumptive and unprofessional.
Having extensive industry experience, I am unfortunately aware of the stereotype that certain demographics “just want money off the bill,” and the unsolicited deduction felt assumptive and inappropriate. This response did nothing to address the actual issue, which was the unprofessional treatment we received from our server.
No alternate server was provided, and staff only stared at our table instead of helping. One kind employee assisted us at the very end, but overall we felt disrespected and poorly treated.
