Came to Chili’s tonight and had the best service from Ana! She greeted us right away, got our drink orders, and gave us a perfect amount of time to figure out our food. She was very personable and stayed on top of all of her tables while making us feel like we were her only table. The food was great! We had the dip trio, sirloin, and chicken crispers basket. The kitchen made my meal with a specific modification I asked for perfectly. On a Friday night we were seated right away (2 of us) and got great service from the hostess, kitchen, bar (perfectly poured beer) and server. The manager was walking around checking in on tables too! Thanks so much!

We called ahead the day before and the day of to inform them of a big party coming in for my wife’s birthday, we gave them the courtesy so they could be prepared. Upon arrival they have a whole section set up for what looks to be our party and they begin to state that someone called in the day of and that they weren’t there yet. We called the day before (not the day of) and they didn’t have a whole section set up for us. They ran around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to scramble a section for us that they should have already prepared just like they did for a different party that didn’t call in before us. I had to move out of the way for servers and other guests during my whole experience because of their poor preparation and guest service skills. They then sung happy birthday to the OTHER party that they made sure to treat extremely well while not making a big deal about my wife and her birthday. We were shoved in a poorly on the spot planned corner and the experience was just awful. We called ahead TWICE and were reassured we would be accommodated accordingly for our large party, that is not what happened. Very disappointed and not satisfied with my experience here. When REGGIE was at this location he wouldn’t have let something like this happen. Didn’t make my wife’s experience special at all while making another guests experience extremely special right in front of us, kind of disrespectful in all honesty.

We go to this Chili’s mostly out of convenience since it’s close to our house. The servers are consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant to interact with.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant is a real issue. The dining room is often grimy and sticky, with dirty floors and surfaces that don’t seem to get properly cleaned. It gives the impression that basic housekeeping standards aren’t being prioritized.
To be clear, I have confidence that the kitchen is likely clean and up to health-code standards — otherwise, inspections would shut the place down. The food quality is what you’d expect from Chili’s: nothing bad, nothing great, just average and consistent.
That’s what makes the situation so frustrating. If the kitchen can meet regulatory standards, why can’t the dining room? Cleanliness in the customer area should be just as non-negotiable. This ultimately reflects on management. A restaurant manager should not allow the public-facing space to feel dirty and neglected.

Immediately we had a table that was very comfortable. Crystal was our servers and she approached right away getting our drinks with a great big smile and a friendly voice. We were served our drinks right away by a gentleman from the kitchen that did the serving. The atmosphere and the great way that we were approached by both servers was excellent the food how can I just describe something that’s perfect. I had hamburger and a salad and a cold drink and I couldn’t get enough of the french fries and or the chips that were served as an appetizer I guess and the best part of it after a great meal and plenty to drink that comes with a meal, the check was surprisingly small. Great food great service great price. Where can you go wrong

I usually frequent the chilis in oakleaf and they provide exceptional service every time. That sadly wasn’t the case at this location. I arrived and had to wait a while for someone to come and seat us( two workers were at the host area talking and didn’t acknowledge us) then someone came to sit us and wasn’t friendly at all. Then while we sat we waited for a little over 5 minutes for someone to come for the drinks and no one ever came so we just left and went elsewhere but this was a very disappointing experience because there wasn’t a shred of good customer service there at all.

Went to chilis for the first time in forever and was less then pleased . We waited an hour from ordering our food for it to hit the table . Once it hit the table mine and my husbands wings were ICE COLD and my Texas fries were overly cooked. Took a hot minute to get anyone’s attention to help with the problem with the food . So now we’re been there an hour and a half and still haven’t ate . Waitress was kind enough to have our food “ remade “ however tasted like it was just thrown in the microwave . What was supposed to be a nice evening turned in the most aggervating and frustrating experience . Subpar food/service and bit a $100 bill for it as well .

We normally go to the chilis by the Lowes on Alantic. We were not pleased the last time we went there. We tried this location for the first time and it was absolutely an amazing experience thanks to our server Kaleeē. We will definitely be back. Thank you for your hard work.

Went last night here, honestly this place is not as great as it was compared to a few months prior, from the food, service and cleanliness. They seemed to be understaff, nonetheless, considering that I feel like we got the best service that we could. Our waiter was very busy, she checked up on us and her tables when she got a chance, she was very nice. We got their right before it got steady busy, and some tables near us didn’t get their drinks after nearly 15-20 minutes of waiting. The food was not as great, a couple plaints, but overall we were satisfied. The wall next to us that separates the booths from the other side was very dusty on top, and other little minor things. In general I would recommend somewhere else after that experience, hopefully things improve later on.

Went to Chilli’s the other night and had the pleasure of being serviced by Tyler. It was a little busy with graduation parties going on, but Tyler stayed attentive the duration of me being there. He was nice, efficient, and had quick service. The food was good a affordable. Would recommend the trio dish with varieties of mix match items you can get. Plenty of parking and good service.
