Food was hot but bland. Missing the salsa all together. Won’t give you a receipt. Atmosphere is like a run down airport Applebee’s. Spent $21 for breakfast tacos and a coke. 1 piece of sausage patty was ripped in half and placed in each taco. Won’t go here again.

I purchased a Smash burger meal w/fries while waiting for my flight to Chicago. Once I received my food I had to run to catch my flight so I didn’t have time to check it but as I settled down on the plane and started eating I realized my burger was pink. I’ve been trying to get in touch to get a refund but the number on this site does not work and the machine didn’t give me receipt but I do have photos. How do I get a refund?

I had breakfast while waiting for my plane to board this morning. Yes, breakfast at Chili’s. I thought it was weird, too!
The hostess greeted us before we even made it to the hostess stand. We were very quickly seated and our waitress was at the table just moments later. She was very pleasant and on top of things for us until the orders were delivered. She didn’t come back to the table after we received our meals.
The entrees were prepared as ordered (simply meaning what we ordered is what we got, but the bacon was NOT ‘super extra crispy’ as ordered. It was actually rubbery, seemingly re-heated in a microwave. Our toast wasn’t buttered, as ordered but rock hard packets of butter were put on the plates making it impossible to spread.
Our waitress never came back to check on us about issues nor refills. As were we’re getting ready to track her down for refills, (she and a man were the only visible wait staff we saw the entire time we were eating,) She came to the table and asked if we wanted an alcoholic beverage for the second time before 10am! We explained that we were finished, needed refills & our check as our plane was boarding. She then explained that her job was complete and we must pay through an app via QR code.
Why do we even have wait staff if we are to order via QR code, track someone down ourselves if we need anything, and then pay via app?

I heard that chili restaurant is not the best chain, to visit, today I did my own experience in Chili Jacksonville Airport and it was the worst experience ever had! Starting of the hospitality, Service and food. I front lady without any hello or good morning she asked with chewing gum “ Do you want to drink or to eat?! No smile very bad mood, no idea why!! I got a table, so they have no menu to know and see what they offer I have to scan a QR code, good luck for older clients!! Not helpful at all how it works, Ashley was asking what i want to eat! Not friendly at all! I asked for some mayonnaise 3 times finally she came and she some Mayo bags from her pocket in the Butt! Then she through two bags on the table that those bags felt on the floor, she grabbed them and she put them again in the table, and she she said “ here is the mayo” I couldn’t believe this behavior, guys serious before that you go to Chili’s think twice about it, Service and hospitality is Taboo, I have no idea why they cannot offer a regular and good service?! For me was very negative experience never ever again this chain

The hostess with the ugly hair dye has an attitude to match. No one was standing at the hostess stand for at least 5-10 minutes, so we ordered on the screens that are right next to it and tipped in advance. We were about to sit down, then the hostess comes up and tells us we can’t sit down if we ordered on those
screens.

When I paid via QR, my tablemate lost the ability to pay their portion of the bill. The server told me she’d cancel my payment and charged the full bill to just my tablemate, who I then paid directly. Turns out my original payment directly to the restaurant was never cancelled and I cannot find any way to contact the restaurant directly to discuss.

Having a hard time understanding why we are tipping 20% now.
We scan a barcode to enter our own order. The waitress brings it to us. I scan again to pay.
There are burgers joints where I have to walk up and pay only to have them bring me my burger that I leave no tip.
They do nothing but run food. This is a NOT 20% duty!

Do NOT order mixed drinks in the morning hours here. We order two double shot vodka drinks, and if these drinks had at least one ounce poured, I’m Santa Claus’s son. We were ripped-off by this place for sure. Order a cup of coffee, water, soda or beer and leave it at that. Just don’t want anyone else to get taken by this place.
