Great service from the start. The hostess Ms. Abrie was very welcoming. She even told us about special deals and sign up for rewards etc. Food was delicious with a minor hiccup, the manager resolved it right the way. The waitress checked on us multiple times. We will be back for sure. 5 stars for the service!

Our experience at Chili’s was great. I’d say best one yet. Our server Tristan was on it. Our drinks stayed full and he was quick to bring whatever needed. He made sure to have our toddlers food out quick. The food was hot and fresh and cooked very well. We honestly are used to a different location and were unsure about this one and it was way better.

We visited Chili’s Grill & Bar on Valentine’s Day, and even though it was packed, everything ran so smoothly — and that’s all thanks to the manager, Josh!
Josh was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure every guest was taken care of. You could see him checking on tables, helping the staff, and keeping everything organized with such a calm and positive attitude. It made a huge difference in our experience.
Our food came out hot and fresh, the service was quick, and the entire staff seemed happy and supported. Great leadership truly shows, and Josh is doing an amazing job. We’ll definitely be back because of the wonderful experience!

Jason is hands down one of the best servers ever! From the start, he created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. He’s incredibly silly in the best way possible and knew how to make everyone laugh. His sense of humor is unmatched, there’s never a dull moment when Jason is around!
Beyond the jokes and good vibes, he genuinely cares about everyone’s experience and makes sure things run smoothly. He balances fun and responsibility perfectly, which makes the whole experience even better.

Even though the restaurant was completely packed for Valentine’s Day, the service was still absolutely amazing! The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious, and we didn’t have to wait long at all which was impressive considering how busy it was. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Everyone was smiling, friendly, and constantly checking in to make sure we were taken care of. You could tell they were working hard, but they still kept such a positive attitude. Huge shoutout to the entire team for making our Valentine’s Day special despite the rush. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

I recently visited Chili’s and ordered the 3 for Me, and it did not disappoint. The burger was juicy and delicious, the fries were hot and fresh, and the ranch was amazing—honestly some of the best I’ve had. But what really made this visit stand out was my server, Malinda. She was exceptional—so friendly, welcoming, and full of great energy. She truly elevated the whole experience, and I’d come back just to be around her positive vibe. Overall, a fantastic visit!
