Staff is friendly and helpful, as well as attentive. The food was very good. The smash burgers was good size, tasty, better than any fast food burger, and a great value. The explosion salad was also very good, and huge. Kinda of a,sterile dead atmosphere at the time we were there.

Our party of four came on a Thursday night about 6:30. The restaurant was busy, but by no means crowded. I noticed on the way in the health department score was 92, a little lower than I like to see, but still in the acceptable range.

All service was slow, really slow. The waitress was slow to get drink orders, slow to bring the drinks, slow to take our food order. Our food was slow to come out, and refills were not coming. The check would have been slow, but there is an electronic payment kiosk on the table so the waitress couldn’t hold that up. Of note, two in our party got a cup of soup as an appetizer. The soup was brought out with no spoons. We had to ask three different waitresses before someone would bring spoons to eat the soup.

It wasn’t just our table. When we left at 7:50 there was a party beside us that had been there when we arrived, and though they had their appetizers, they still did not have their meals. They clearly had more patience than we had, I would have long left. Slow is one thing, forgotten is another.

Decided to stop in for a burger since I haven’t had one in a few months and I was at Lowe’s and it was close by. First time time coming here since I moved to the area about 10 months ago and I will say not the same as others. The swiss mushroom burger was basic and the bun was more like old and stale like you would get at convenience store. Plus the patties seem smaller than the bun.When I order a beer I would like to have it full an not two inches or so of empty glass. For the price you charge for beer fill the glass to the top like other places. The food took about 20-25 mins to come to the bar and they weren’t that busy. The server was nice though. Next time I want a burger I will stick with BW3.

7/11/25. Stopped in to try their classic burgers. I had the old fashion burger and my date had the smash burger. They were both very good.
The restaurant was lite very nice and easy to talk. The bathroom was pretty clean as well as the restaurant.

My first time on a Friday night. The wait was 20 to 30 minutes. We asked for sweet tea as we waited And got unsweet lol. At least we got a beverage. We didn’t get a text and only knew the table might be ready because parties who signed in after us were being seated. They realized the oversight when I mentioned it and from them on our service was above expectations. Tessa apologized for the wait to be seated and made sure our tea was sweet lol.

Our food was delivered by another sever when she was getting our requests for refills. Someone else’s food came out so she delivered it while another server brought my to go order and our refills. Why do I mention all this detail? It was almost choreographed the way they interacted helping one another out. Our family will definitely come again?

Not sure what I was thinking ordering steak at Chili’s. Not good at all, i think it sat for a while and continued to cook. Everything else was good and the server was very attentive. Just keep the steaks for the steakhouse restaurants.

Their water tasted horrible. So I got a coke and it had the same weird taste, like well water and cloudy. I got the triple dipper: The chicken crispies were soggy. The little burgers were ok. The honey chipotle mozzarella sticks were too spicy and I specifically asked if they were hot. I’m sorry, but the entire meal was horrible. We left most of it.

I came in Last week and sat and ate my regular meal I’ve been coming here for years. the 3 for me burger the food was very great ! service was too My server was great . but the management was not there for there team members One of the new managers introduced her self she has glasses with a bun . I overheard her getting loud with some of the host and it seemed too shift there mood i think that is very unprofessional too hear in a restaurant .Im highly disappointed

I’ve been coming to Chili’s for years and never had any trouble with the food or the servers – they’ve always treated me well and fixed any issue quickly if something came up. However, I’ve heard and seen a few things about the management that concern me.
One time I was picking up a to-go order and standing near the to-go station when a male manager with spikey hair suddenly got upset and slapped a cup off the counter. It hit the floor and made a loud noise. I didn’t catch what caused it, but it didn’t seem very professional.
I still enjoy the food and the service from the staff, but I think the management could set a better example for their team.
