My sister’s 63rd birthday party was Sunday & Chili’s staff did a fabulous job keeping 6 children under 10 & 9 adults VERY HAPPY! Such a variety on their menu & we ordered everything from burgers, salmon, pasta, chicken tenders & several appetizers! The Chili’s in Brunswick needs some serious help from corporate. I went and ordered the “3 for me” like I have for the past several years. Got my check and see that I’m charged for my second side, I tell the waitress and she tells me the menu just changed a day or so ago so now you only get 1 side. It would have been nice to know before hand, like when I was first ordering. Plus our waitress wasn’t attentive at all. Our drinks ran out, we asked for refills. She came back 15 minutes later and we asked her again for refills to which she replied that she forgot. Don’t plan to come back to this Chili’s in Brunswick.

Not being a local. I was looking for good food. I found it there. Ate at the bar, great service by the bartender. I recommend the Barbecue Combo and an ice cold draft beer.

We ate here with our toddler and they did a great job! The server was really kind (especially since our little one made a big mess) and the food was perfect and, as usual, well priced. This is our usual place to go out to eat and it will continue to be! We have also had good experiences in the past with ordering pickup. Very friendly staff here.

Everything was great, other than our steaks. I ordered my steak medium rare, but because they put it on a hot plate, it ended up cooking to more of a medium well before I could get started on it, and my wife’s went from medium to well in the same amount of time. I was not happy about that at all. Other than that, it was a good experience.

We are here on vacation, and we decided to come for dinner. Our server, Cassidy, was AMAZING! She accommodated us sitting outside, and she was very attentive. The service and food was 10/10! We had the chicken crispers, chicken and bacon quesadillas, and the molten lava cake. It was overall a wonderful experience, and we will be back when we vacation here again!

Worst experience ever! I waited over an hour and 30 mins to get my drink and food. They messed up my order. The food came out warm not hot. The waitress looked very frustration like she was a new employee. I love me some chilis but i won’t be going back over there.

The waitress was incredible and kind to me, my husband, and my mother in law I definitely recommend this location it smelled nice, the food was amazing, the wait time was little to nothing they were quick to fill up drinks, bring out food,etc.
